Lagos seaport was built before the Amalgamation of Nigeria. The first housing estates in Nigeria as built in Ikeja by Awolowo. The first Nigeria industry lay out was built in Ikeja by Awolowo.

No Oil developed Lagos state. Sink that into your skull.

Sir... I'm saying, what was Lagos famously known for. At least Sokoto was seriously know for Agriculture. What was Lagos known for before Amalgamation.

What special infrastructures can she boost of before smelling oil money.

Oga... I said whatever Lagos enjoys today, is as a result of massive investment of federal government in time past, same goes to Abuja. They weren't self made states.

Ogun state! Google for the meaning of the word Capital flight. Ogun state is enjoying lack of space in Lagos, not because it has better infrastructures, and having said that, many of these companies don't pay tax and when they make money they launder it out of Ogun state.

To prove my point, a Chinese firm bought a quarry in Ogun, I don't want to mention the exact location, for 50million Naira only, they've spent over 4 years there. They sell nothing less than 80 trucks of granites daily, meaning they make an average 5 million per day, and the community road is bad, raising dust affecting the residents health, Sir... These people don't have any forms of investment in this place, is that the type of industries you have boost of?

Abeokuta still has a lot of mud houses, why?

Will you keep quiet? No FG built any housing estates in Lagos compared to the lot of housing estates built by the FG in Abuja. Lagosians were still going to the federal court house to use the toilet as at when Lagos was the capital of Nigeria until Awolowo built the first housing estates in Lagos.

The first Nigeria housing estates and industrial lay out in Lagos were created by Awolowo. Lagos seaport was built before the Amalgamation of Nigeria. So what nonsense are you spewing from that sewage cesspit?

As a matter of fact, only Ikoyi was under the federal government, other Lagos areas were under SW regional leader and that was why the first housing estates in Lagos was built by Awolowo. Lekki of today was the brainchild of Tinubu and we know of several housing estates and industrial lay out built in Lagos by Jakande. No dey say stupid rubbish.

As for Ogun state, whose fault that ogun state has limestone resources that dangote and the quarry mining industries need, to have sited their industries? Don't you know industries are sited close to their raw materials? Abi this one is mad ni? Oyo IGR dwarf that of Enugu or Anambra, your supposed developed state. Yeye.

Lagos was known for trading at their coast which was how the colonial masters found Nigeria. Lagos natives were known to have been selling Palm oil and palm fruits, slaves, clothes such as Aso Oke, Adire etc

Fact is Lagos seaport was built before the Amalgamation of Nigeria. Sink that into your skull.

It wasn't estate Awolowo built that made Lagos any good. It was bridges, Airports, Seaports, Roads, Military installation, Stadiums and Proclaimed capital that gave birth to anything in Lagos.

Why isn't Oyo, Osun and Ondo enjoying massive developments?

Abuja today is investment destination, because of Federal government investments, not because of state initiatives.

See what Awolowo did in Lagos in my attachment below. He built the first industrial layout in Lagos. He built the first housing estates in Lagos. He built several roads in Lagos than any FG.

Besides, Lagos' seaport was built before the Amalgamation of Nigeria. What part are you not sinking into your head? Did any SS oil developed Lagos?

So it was military barracks that developed Lagos? Or the airport? You're mad.

Oga... Why wasn't it a commercial hub then for all the neighboring states like it is now?

Lagos has always been a small commercial hub before the British found it. Successful Lagos leaders built upon the laid down platform.

We all learnt that majority of the slave returnees (the Creoles who are Yoruba) came back to develop Lagos.

What the FG did was to build few government offices, airport, barracks, few roads and the few bridges which were built by the British. Nothing else was done apart from these. As a matter of fact, No SS oil developed Lagos.

Lagos was developed by the British, Awolowo, the Creoles who were the returning Yoruba slaves, Jakande, Tinubu, Fashola and even Ambode.

So shut your trash. Same Lagos which has always been in the opposition until Buhari's administration was developed by which stupid FG? Better go sleep.

It is big for nothing.
Ibadan is bigger and has infrastructures than all the entire Igboland.
Ibadan is the 4th economy in Nigeria.

Nobody talks about landmass more than Yorubas. Now you've been outshone in your own game. And, it's your deal if you believe a city, where you can't find one modern roofing has better infrastructure than Igbo land.
