Check your job title: if it is not showing the job title then your have to start the whole process again with a new email.

Restart the application with another email and skip the "professional certification". It is what is hindering your application.

start the process with a new email again make sure your "Job Title" shows at the top right. Am having problems uploading the passport photo.

Do you have a MSc/MA?

If you do and it is within 2014 till date, you can apply. I also graduated 2010 but my MSc is 2017. I called the NNPC recruitment helpdesk and it was confirmed that I can apply since I have an advanced certificate from a tertiary institution that is not earlier than 2014

As for those having issues with the passport uploads, please kindly crop your picture to show only your face and resize it 600x600 pixels. You can use your phone or PC to do this.

Here is a picture that has all the criterias needed. Use photo scaler on phone or paint on PC to resize

So as I was refreshing the page, I kept on pressing the other option like bio data, passport and the rest immediately
