She has never been to the U.S.

Everything she says about the U.S. or Canada is what she reads on Google. Hence why her knowledge or lack of it about north America and especially America is very juvenile.

Abeg shut up . You think say na only you travel abroad . Sit down somewhere and keep being delusional. You know nothing about the American system which different from that your Canadian system , so stay in your lane.

You're responding to someone who's never been to the U.S. Stop wasting your time. She still can't even say which states she lives in. Watch her say Lagos.

Hmmm...but how do you know that?

Nothing was mentioned about the man's status in the US.

However, the article did mention the man has a son who does not want to be concerned about him...that alone raises more questions about the man's past history.

Read the immigration act

He may have missed the deadline to qualify for the policy due to his time of entry into the country.

I’m not surprised I had a feeling he did not have his papers but on his story. This an advisory tale to immigrants. He came into the country at a time when things were more relaxed and it would be easier for him to move around without papers, now it different story. Getting sick in this country can be costly , then adding being an illegal immigrant makes it worse.

Homeless and broke after 35 long years in the United States? Same country where sharp Naija boys make it one way or the other within a couple of months? What can it be other than village people determined to rubbish his destiny? Blocking his eyes, nose and ears to opportunities and numbing his body and soul from taking productive action. Condemning him to lethargy, lifelessness and terminal passivity. May God help him.

Village people would never succeed in making our lives one of failure and uselessness. Somebody shout a loud AMEN.

Mr. I too sabi, well done - please come to America, we are all blind here, na only u get sense - please come oooooo, messiah
