I hope you read the attached 221g document/letter through very well to see whether you were required to book an interview appointment or just to make some documents/information available via the DHL.
Some people said they only sent document not asked to present self for another interview.

I did..its interview

So did you lie to the CBP officers that you were not pregnant or you hid it from them?

Your story is not making sense

Why are we Nigerian don't always like to be straight forward like this? Someone who was pregnant which am sure her EDD was very near traveled to us claiming just for shopping only then ended up giving birth under the pretence of complications. Hmmm that why these people will continue to treat us like slaves. We may end up creating more problems for the futures of these children we are trying to give dreamed wonderful future through our unable to say things as they are.

[quote author=Lankesolanke post=76373334]I used John stroger 2016 and I did drop box January and I was granted with no interview..Stroger was pretty low 2016 and it gave me concern and I also foolishly collected milk cos I didn’t know it was illegal..thought it was once, this also gave me concern.

Woow...Very soothing!!
Congrats dear...Please how long did you stay in US when you went in 2016 and also how long did you state you would be staying this time when you did your dropbox?

I have similar situation like yours..Would really appreciate the feedback .Thanks

I don't think so o as I saw some dates that first week I picked my passport but I needed to be sure I would make it as I w9rk and I dont live in Lagos or Abuja which means I need to plan a travel. So i didn't pick a date till a week later and since then all the dates are gone.I think its about availability rather than checks

Hmmm. So have u gotten a date now? Its becoming really frustrating. Cant believe this stuff has been lingering since January. Am thinking of applying afresh but scared it mit be same story cause fresh applicanta aren't getting this issh

Brief history
Got a medical visa in 2016 for childbirth, I had paid a hospital bill of $1250 prior to my interview and we were granted visas. Had another baby nov 2017 with the same visa but called the embassy to inform them and they said it was ok.
Applied for Dropbox but was called for follow up interview and asked to bring itemized bill.
Our interview was on the 4th of March, Abuja.
The VO after going through the itemized bill said we were given 90% discount and such discounts are only reserved for their low income earners and totally not acceptable for foreigners.
She placed us on administrative processing and asked us to go pay the outstanding bill and send the receipts back with our passports via dhl. The hospital is saying my account is closed and we can’t make payment. To be honest, going with the itemized bill they sent I had a total bill of almost $30,000 for both births but was asked to pay only $2500, the discount is huge, who pays the outstanding? We are ready to pay it but they are not giving us that option. Who has been in this situation and how was it resolved?

Na wah ooo
This isnt getting any funny at all

Please guys quick response..My friend applied for visa via drop box in November but was invited for interview in December. She finally got a date for the 14th of March. The purpose of her trip is vacation/attend a wedding...A few days ago she found out she is pregnant and her interview being so close she started contacting hospitals but yet to get a correspondence given that she found out barely a week to her interview. Her purpose of visit remains valid as she still plans to go for the wedding in May but now that she is a few weeks pregnant, the story has changed...What can she do given her close interview date...

Secondly has anyone gotten date recently for interview..I am still unable to get a date o..Its been 1 month now..I have written and called but still discretion response

Have not gotten a date since Jan 22nd wen i picked my passport. Am tinking of doing a fresh application but dont know how possible this will be.

Hi all,
Greetings to everyone.
Pls I just applied for visa for myself, DH and my LO for the purpose of childbirth in the USA. We went for interview and was denied Visa for reasons unknown to us. We want to attempt applying again.
Pls is it advisable for us to apply together as a family again or I should apply alone?

Thanks

Good afternoon,
This is both a complaint and a warning
Had baby @ Henricos richmond been calling financial counsellor everyday for the past 21 days and sent 14 emails ,to help me with a letter saying i dint use medicaid or insurance no responce left messages and contact of my sil in usa no reply.

Called sheridan they promised to send a letter

Called NAPA they said they cannot help

Called the lab they use they said they cannot help

Its really scary i cant make any contact with henricos ve called fithugh he sent his and fc number who is incommunicado called hospital same thing.

If you can honestly avoid henricos i think you should the hospital i had baby no 1 responded with all i need in 24 hrs now am stuck.

How do i defend my bill......

You may not agree but avoid them if you can

Pls if there is any mother in virginia that has an appointment with fitzhugh and can help me stop by the financial counsellor i will be grateful

Thank you
