Thanks for the response. I've successfully uploaded it. Finally! I just kept trying it over and over again. At first it uploaded a guy's picture. Had to log out and login again to redo it.

if you are having problem with uploading documents follow instructions below
1. Clear cache
2. Use chrome
3. On d page opens b4 it shows loading quickly click on
biodata
4. Go back to qualifications, remove d professional certification u added on ur own, use d one on the list, then upload. It will b fine now. U can thwn

i feel your pain, get a white background passport go to photo editor and increase the brightness and contrast to 100%, though make sure u conform to all other tips like pixel and head %.

Is there any way to upload an MSc certificate, other than initially filling in a 2.2 BSc?

...because the way I see it even if you have an MSc you can't upload it unless the 1st degree was a 2.2

Forgive me, I have no experience with uploading a Masters degree cert so I cant provide answers to this.

But isn't it same way Bsc is being uploaded? I believe if you have a Bsc and Msc, you should merge both, reduce the size and upload

Are you thinking what I'm thinking that NNPC might still call up that 2012 recruitment, otherwise why did they carefully exclude graduations earlier than 2014?
Also, I don't think NNPC has ever done recruitment of this sort without a space for OPERATORS TRAINEE. Why this time?
Phillips consulting recruitment processes have always passed integrity tests, so by my analysis 2014 test scores would be called up for proper attention.

But there was no way I could add both qualifications in the education section.

How did any solve this?

To all those having issues with invalid password and email, just create a new account with a fresh email... Pls don't use Yahoo mail... I just changed mine from Yahoo mail to Gmail and it worked. Shalom.

Just a little advise to those with passport issues. Please dont use scanned passport, it wont work. The pixel will be less than 600*600. Just go to anybody that snaps a passport and tell them U need the soft copy of the passport too.That is, they get to print the hard copy and as well transfer the soft copy to you. You can as well go with your memory card, so they can insert it in the camera, just in case the photographer does not have a laptop for the transfer.
Then you can go online and compress the size and use either paint or MS picture manager to crop it to 600*600.
