I did the test in two different place, one of the result say uterus bulky but empty, dimension are 69mm×110mm (APxlength) multiple (10 foci) of intramural fibroid are seen the biggest (64mm×49mm) is noted on the posterior wall.The adnexae and pouch of Douglas are normal.finding uterine fibroids. The second scan result says uterus bulky, non gravid heterogeneous myometrial echo texture. It measures (11.0 ×8.6×6.30)cm. (Ap×L×H) the endometrial plate is non visualise. The left ovary is normal and has a calculated volume of 12.5ml. the right has a calculated volume of 8.93mls the pouch of Douglas and urinary bladder is normal. There are multiple hypo-echoic masses at the intramural aspect of the uterus. The bigger one is (4.1×4.4)cm (5.5 × 5.1)cm. The intestine moves with normal peristalsis. Conclusion multiple uterine fibroid. That was what the second scan I did says. Once in a while I do have heavy period not every time. I don't usually have menstrual pain expect twice early last year that I had serious mentraĺ pain. Cycle at time is 24 days but at times 23 days.I got married last year I have been trying to conceive for about 6month now. The doctor said if I don't conceive before August I will need to go for surgery. My stomach is looking big like a 4 to 5 month pregnancy. Pls what can I do because I don't want to do any surgery.

please ma go for surgery, the fibroid z big in sizes & also big in numbers. forget all dz adverts of eliminating fibroid naturally 98% of them are scam.please time waits for nobody. Go for surgery

Good morning, this my first time here, I was told I had a big fibroid, I don't want to undergo surgery please what can I do, is there any drug for it, I am yet to conceive

You can try prayer,castor oil pack, acv and bsm. I use to chew raw ginger and alligator pepper together(nasty stuff). Then, i use to cut garlic and swallow with water like drug. You can also do hormonal profile to rule out any other problem.

only a tvs b4 and after can conclusively tell you, cos some follicles grow to 20mm and above..and fail to rupture..thus transforming into an ovarian cyst, so if the person didnt do an after tvs, she may think she ovulated

This may be another reason for an ovulation occurring later than expected i.e. if it were suppose to be now, it will show up with some days added to the former.


So it's not over till it is over.
