Good serves them right

But don't just post the article in doc and docx, copy and paste the complete article so it shows up on plagiarism checkers.

Most plagiarism checkers can't index and check the doc format.

The job on the top ( Eleven Power Keys For Business Negotiations) ; I did it for a guy who claimed he is a Nairalander. He says his Name is BENSCOLARI. Benscolari is fake, he is Fraud and a big Scam. Avoid him.

The job below ; I did it for a guy whose real name is Mr. EMEKA DOMINIC. This man is emotionally unstable. He asked me to make a book report for him... I had to read the entire eBook titled 'Team Of Vipers' and SUMMARIZED every chapter ( 15 chapters in total) in my own words, with a word count of 7000 words.

I got no single payment for this.

Just one day (24 hours) after the deadline he gave me, he said he won't pay me again : that it was late. He knew I was going to send it anyways, because it sounded like a bluff. After sending the work ; he blocked me on WhatsApp.

what is this nonsense?
Normally, I won't even dignify you with a response, but to clear the air, I'll definitely do.
This writing expert wannabe contacted me, I gave him a job because I felt he was enthusiastic enough about delivering.
After a while he submitted the work, riddled with tons and tons of grammatical errors. Even a 10 year old writes better than that.
I pointed out these issues to him, and he started blowing his trumpet, postulating that he was a Badass writer and all, I told him to correct those mistakes and resubmit. He proceeded, and submitted another woeful work. I don't particularly know which was worse: the first or the second doc he submitted. I was pissed.
I tried to improve the syntaxes and resubmitted to the client...
Please everyone should check attached file to see the client's response...
I won't dignify you with a response again.

This Benscolari lad probably lied to his foreign client that he is an American. His client was referring to him as 'Sarah' ; a female's name! I quickly noticed this anomaly on the screenshots from a conversation he had with his client. This means he lied about his nationality and his gender. Everything about you screams fraud! And , your means of getting jobs is totally Criminal.

I won't publish the said screenshots here. Your private life is your private life.

When I did just the first chapter and sent it to you, ; you said I should continue... Why didn't you ask me to STOP?

And, for the literary Job I did : it is there for everyone to read! Everybody is free to read , analyze and rate them. I am open to improvements.

I have never ever cheated anybody in my life. My hands are clean. But yours are dirty.

Why are you shooting yourself in the leg? All records of our conversations are available.

Very intelligent question! Benscolari is just Wicked.

I charged him N1.5 per word. The total word count is 10,000 words. He should pay me my N15,000.

He even Blocked me on WhatsApp.

@benscolari

All right gentlemen, I took time read the first chapters of the articles. Indeed the quality is clearly average, arguably below average. Still, the job has been done and the article has been delivered. Moreover, the writer has submitted a sample (first chapter) which has been approved by Benscolari.

Therefore, in my opinion, BenScolari should pay the amount (especially since the amount is low) or else be considered a scammer.

cc: dominique...
Another good observer...
Now, how do I pay for such shabby work?
Did I receive a dime for the said client? ABSOLUTELY NO, so why do I pay for a service that's DISASTROUS?

Did you validate the first chapter as he claimed?

Did the agreement include that you will pay only on condition that you are paid from upwork?

I pay my writers in milestones...
So that way I can assure them of getting paid, plus accessing their writing, if it meets with my client needs...
Now the book was meant to be 15k words, I asked him to write the first 5k words, and then I pay up, he refused, citing that he wanted writing 10k words. I agreed, he came up with an eye sore. I couldn't even read it. I kindly asked him.... Twice to make corrections, but it seemed the whole book was getting worse.

I don't know him. It is my good friend ThothHermes that led me to this thread.

And yes your writing is in my opinion below average, especially for a non Nigerian audience (I am not Nigerian). I believe he should pay you though.

You are not really answering the question.

He says he sent you one chapter which you approved. Is it true or not?

Did you also mentioned that you will pay only on condition that you are paid in Upwork?

Because of N15,000 you becoming this desperate ; using your most Vile vocabularies to defend yourself and rubbish my efforts.

I haven't heard of the 'Term' Upwork used by any client before. Benscolari never mentioned it too. Benscolari promised to pay me the afternoon of the next day ; if I submitted the day I did.

Then, he kept posting me . And, my fear was confirmed when he later told me that he can only pay me after his Client review the work... But that wasn't our agreement. He used deception to lure me into working by telling me he will pay immediately.

Now, how will you have felt? Be sincere.

I am waiting to hear his own version. Since I asked the question he is yet to reply.

In any case, if what you say is demonstrably true and that:

- you sent him the first chapter which he validated (and you can prove it)

- he never mentioned anything related to upwork,

Then this is a clear scam.

Dont leave him to God. God has no moniker on nairaland.

There are many ways you can fight back. There are scammer lists here on nairaland. Locate one of these and post his details there plus a short explanation.

You include his nairaland moniker(s) , name if you know, whatsapp number email upwork handle bank account and all other details you may have.

This will help others not to fall in the same trap, and at the same time leave a permanent trace on the internet. Some day it will play against him. If the other one had done that you could have possibly avoided wasting your time.

He should paste my name on the scammer list that I stole from him. This is the first time I'll be rude to you. Don't push it. Can you even imagine the nonsense... Do you know I am an ecurrency trader too? So how come I haven't swindled fellow exchangers too?
