Politicians are known to have sponsors, you don’t expect them to put all their money in the campaign na, there is fund raiser in many countries also.

That aside, MC Oluomo is not the only one in the photo you can see the other person on red though he was cut out he’s holding the certificate even though it’s uncomfortable stretching his hands there.
