I don’t believe this. Men Genes are stronger especially if it’s a Dominant gene. (BB). The best permutation is If the woman is also carrying a dominant gene (CC). It will then be (BBxCC). No intelligence is not but the genes are. Like I said earlier, you can’t transfer knowledge but the genes responsible for a knowledge can be pass onto the next generation. The possible reasons why the offspring from the names mentioned are that;

Both men carry’s a recessive gene(Dd)
The moms carry’s the same(Dd) or
The moms carry’s a dominant (DD) which will completely covers the effect of the recessive(Dd)

If intelligence resides in the x and women are more likely to transmit it because they have two, why aren't women twice as intelligent as their brothers?
