You all are talking about passport issues when I have been begging everyone on This platform to help me with the professional certificate upload box that is not opening. I have tried it for over 1 week now and still no success. I have uploaded everything except that. I even wake up regularly from 12 am to 4 am yet no breakthrough. Pls someone help me out. I have used all manner of browser but still no success.

To upload your passport, you can use your mobile phone and snap your face, just stick piece of paper at the back of your ear so as to push the ear out for proper display, and let your whole face be visible, crop the picture and reduce it to below 200kb. that's all.

i took a selfie with a white background and used image sizer and its setting advised here to reduce the size of the selfie.

pls make sure when taking the selfie, stay faced focus. and on your device camera its important you set the ratio to [1:1], this is important for it sets the image to a square format.

How to reduce your passport if you have a computer, kindly snap your hard copy passport using your phone or snap your with white background then crop it by clicking Edit on your phone then transfer the passport to your computer and open it with 'Paint' then click resize.

1) A dialog box will open then select pixel and change the width and height and save it as PNG or JPEG. Repeat process 1 until you get your desire size. Make sure your passport is showing some part of your chest and there is a little space above your head.

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying he's not at liberty to charge a fee, but he should be considerate.

It's not going through.I find it difficult uploading my credentials.

Experienced same issues at their previous recruitment, I remember that the portal was opened for some additional days after the site was rectified.

did they give a time line for expiration of this application

The submission page pops up and goes away again in seconds so u can't even click on final submit

Long leg will only help if you get a foot in the door meet the minimum requirement after which you will then compete with other Nigerians (long legged and short legged).
