Let inec allow atiku to inspect election materials in states like borno, katsina, kano and other states where jubril scored 900,000 to atiku's 2000 votes. Those places are where votes were manipulated.

They are trying to fine turn all the manipulations they did to make it tally with those white elephant figures they dolled out during collation. Rubbish country.

Are you blind and daft at the same time? Can't you read? What other due process so they need to follow that they haven't? Instead INEC should be the ones to follow due process and allow inspection of the materials as directed by the court!

why do you take pleasure in supporting incompetency? what you should be concerned about is why INEC wouldnt allow access to petitioner afterall its their right and the courts have affirmed so. so why are you shouting leg pain for when everybody know you have headache... why would very sensitive materials still be at the local government? is it because it is not as sensitive as it is proclaimed to be? The final collation took place in Abuja, what about the result sheets being used at the abuja collation center where we saw on tv that after the results were announced, they submit to the chairman on live tv. Are the card readers still at the local governments? Are they trying to tell us that card readers are stand alone devices and doesn't connect to any database to verify voters? I there is a database, are the databases all at the local government? INEC HQ doesnt have any database at all to monitor accreditation? Accreditations are done independently at the LGAs is what they are telling us? i dont understand.

Infact, if you ask me, PDP doesnt need much evidence. All they should request is to have the voters registers used at the various polling unit and the various accreditation details captured by the card reader alone, thats enough to win their caae because they will observed that so many PVCs accredited doesnt match the names and details marked in the voters register.

You are here talking about Atiku this and Atiku that....
Since u know better "mr.competent", u shuld hv rang Atiku to be a mber of his legal team. You wrote as we on tge other divide dont know how PDP rigged in the SS n SE. thank God tribunal is about to open for legal firework. No matter tbe rationale behind INEC's explanation, you PDP supporters re already programmed to be blind to the truth and continue you propaganda. Atiku lost genuinely so spare me that he was robbed news.

Madness, you want a court to name you winner of a process you claimed was marred with irregularities?
Re: "Why Atiku Cannot Inspect Election Materials Now" - INEC Reveals by Nobody: 11:05am On Mar 19, 2019
There was no election that day, as NONE of the votes counted.

All those who voted wasted their time.

All ballot boxes were emptied, and already thumbprint papers replaced in the box at the Abuja collation center.

The votes that were counted, were not the ones Nigerians voted.

It was all a grand sham.

There is no way, Buhari would have won that election.

I just pity Atiku, he has always been dealt a bad hand, by the people he clearly loves.

The court should give inec last days to grant atiku those materials or the chairman should face the law.if this election is fair as some cluesless group claim, why the refusal of the release of materials.

What is the due process set out by INEC? Is it due process that more than 3 weeks after the announcement of results, INEC has been unable to provide materials for inspection? Is INEC not aware that in the event of a likely election petition that both petitioner and respondent will request leave to inspect election materials? Is it due process to deliberately delay and frustrate a process that has a life-span as prescribed by the Electoral Act? Are you not aware that INEC is subject to the court and must therefore comply with court orders?

INEC simply said PAYMENTS must be made for logistics before PDP/ Atiku can have access to the Sensitive materials.

If you were wise by half, you'd see INEC isn't grounding for the certain fee to be paid, they're giving excuses for PDP not to Inspect the materials!

First they said they had not received any order from the tribunal even when PDP said they personally served their legal department court proceedings. Then they come out again to say materials are too scattered across the country and they are too sensitive to he inspected. Then they said there is a fee to be paid.

Are you saying PDP does not know there are fees to be paid for inspection? How are we sure the INEC has not been paid the said fees and like they normally do speak from both sides of the mouth? If they could blatantly deny a court process served them, how sure are we they are not lying now?

This was same format they used for edo and Osun elections now they want to repeat same delay tactics script? What nonsense!

Keep believing what you want to sha daft fellow!

This is PDPs rebuttal:

He said: “We applied for the inspection on Monday. We cannot pay the money until they accept the application. They have not accepted, so who do we pay the money to? And if they are talking about due process, they should define what they mean by it in clear terms. We wrote them the letter on Monday. We didn’t write them the letter on Friday. So they should tell us in definite terms what they mean by due process.”

INEC's Statement

INEC national commissioner and chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee, Barr Festus Okoye, declared yesterday that, “I am not aware that the commission has refused to grant any political party access to election materials,”
Okoye said that there are procedures every party must follow when it comes to the inspection of sensitive materials, adding that the political party and its candidate must make some payments while INEC must ensure that it follows due process to prevent the materials from being tampered with.
He said: “There are procedures for harvesting documents in the commission and there are payments to be made before documents are released.
“Moreover, elections are conducted at the polling units and materials are kept in the various local government offices of the commission.
“There are a few documents in the headquarters of the commission. Most of the documents must be trucked from the local governments and or photocopied at the local governments. We will check at the state and ensure compliance with the requests,” Okoye said.
