Every time the PDP mentions "server" I get confused.

1. There was no electronic voting

2. Collation was done manually and transmitted manually hence no server was involved

3. The results have not even been uploaded to INEC's website so it is on? Paper.

4. Calculation was done via pencil, biro and calculators.

So

1. How did the PDP come up with this allegation of INEC server?

2. How did they even get access to the "server" sef?
my brother, you are right.

The election was done manually but that does not mean the results was not uploaded.
INEC must not publish everything on their server for general public like you so in this case you are the confused person here.
Results were uploaded where?

Did you miss where each state results were brough in on paper?

Atiku is funny. This is becoming very interesting. Can wait for series of episode this movie will have. Electronic anything isn't admissible under our current electoral act until amended. He might have a solid case but I don't see how to prove it in court. Even this his server is like a joke to any reasonable and objective person. I don't know how he get it and who will give him certified true copy to tender in court. Though the drama will sell well at least he will give false hope to those that support politicians blindly

So you forgot any vote captured on the card reader automatically transmits to INEC server? Nigeria's INEC is not as crude as you think.

Collation was both electronic and manual. I work with inec as RATECH (adhoc) we did e-collation for all polling units. Though am not in support of anybody, just to clear you that there's e-collation

There was no e-collation in my area, RATECH rendered support to card readers and then used a tab device to snap all the result sheets from the polling units before vetting by the collation officer and after vetting by the same collation officer.

I can bet with anything that Atiku/PDP can never score 306, 841 votes in Yobe, not in 300 years time!

*******
To those who are still confused on how Atiku arrived at these figures, you must understand that there was a hand held device like a POS Machine that is connected directly to INEC server given to each INEC Collation Officers with the specific instructions that after the final results declared by the Collation Officer at each polling Unit, he or she is to key in those figures as it applies to each party contending and automatically it gets stored in the system and cannot be altered and at the collation centre from the polling Units, what had been stored already on that hand held device from every available polling units in that Ward are finally sent to INEC''s server which cannot be tampered with. I hope you got the whole picture now!
You never tire?

There is a server as thise card reader devices are not stand alone devices. they connect to a back end that verifies if you in the database of registered voters, else there wont be anything called card reader failure. Secondly, As accreditation is done, there is a counter and data capture log thats created for IS audit processes. Every electronic operation has such.

As regards results, as results are being collated, forget the paperworks, they still require to compute results as captured in the fields and i believe they will have electronic formats for capturing that and am sure thats done at the local government level in form of a web app but only assessible by authorized personnel.

Neway, one thing is for sure. INEC must have a respository for all the data and informations and that cant be on just paper. it has to be on systems that serves as server even if they dont have a proper data center

Oh, now I get you. Wonderful. So as the PVC is inserted the machine intuitively knows who I'm voting for and registers it into the server. Wow. That's knowledge from the deep. Flesh and blood did not reveal this to you.

1. Can someone please help add the number of votes scored by the two leading candidates in Abia state and compare same with the number of accredited voters in the state?

2. Were there no other candidates in the election?

3. Where are the invalid/rejected votes?

Votes were not done on card reader. Card reader were just a way to verify voters.

In the actual voting, card readers played no part

Little by little the high level of bad education in Nigeria is catching up with the general populace which makes people to believe anything without thinking. This is why hatred and violence levels is increasing in some areas in Nigeria.

I love your repetitive use of "I believe". It shows you are not sure.

Nigeria's electoral law forbids it. You calculate votes with calculator and not even Exel spread sheets.

The server only verifies voters

I was a presiding officer in the election, all presiding officers are required to send the results of their polling unit via the card reader direct to Inec server. This result cannot be tampered with.

After which presiding officers will then proceed to the collation center to submit the manual result to the collation officer.

He claimed he won Gombe by nearly 79℅ where the current PDP governor lost his own polling unit cheesy

He claimed he won Kaduna where Buhari is far popular than El Rufai being Buhari second home cheesy

This is the biggest joke of all time

Never mind that no votes was recorded for the other 80+ parties in this list as the numbers allocated to APC and PDP equal number of accredited votes cheesy

I expected you to be better than this,

Pdp has access to their server cos the court granted him access,

If the collation of results was done on paper, won't it be updated in their system for posterity's sake

It's just like in some schools, the teacher marks exams with pen on paper, won't it be updated on in the school's system for future reference

You are better than this Mynd44 undecided

The court has also given APC access to election materials but guess what?
INEC has not given anyone anything because it isn't ready
