I waited till the stipulated time given which is 30 working days yet nothing den xtra 5days nothing, so I mailed them yesterday which is the 37th working day to ask about the status of the application and they replied that Decision has been made but I haven't gotten any official mail from either ukvi or tls on that. I think you should visit the VFS center and find out if your passport is ready for collection or not. You have nothing to loose.

thanks..
i have asked her. so she has her mum's passport with visa. also said her mum did a course in uk during her visit and received a certificate for that.

does that suffice for anystep ?

for the dad, he was a student in uk then prior to his pregnant wife and 1st born child visiting him. doesn't know much, but i presume he also overstayed and was deported back to naija with his family

It's a long shot, but worth an effort..... Bank statements, rent books, pay slips etc etc
Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by evenda: 2:19pm On Mar 22, 2019
will ask her, i think it's a slim chance of them providing anything more than what she has.

if at all she was able to produce anything stronger, what process would she follow to apply?
citizenship application?? or another ?

thanks
