processed wace transcript for up to 3 weeks now, and nothing has been heard. Called the courier company, was told they've not received the transcript from waec. Please is there anything that can be done. if i go to waec, is there anyone to meet for complaints.

Please,help a sis! while I was filling my WES app form ystday,I saw a place where am to fill my name as it's on my degree certificate, but my name was not spelt correctly(FUNMBILAYO instead of FUNMILAYO) and I was given "TO WHOM" to back it up then, but while filling it, I spelt my actual name. And secondly,my third name is Oluwafunmilayo but on my Neco d initials was written as F. While d initial on my degree certificate was O. I hope dis won't be a problem

You could contact them directly and ask for update. They replied to my emails within 24 - 48hrs https://www.wes.org/contact-us/

Don't forget to include your WES reference number in the form

Standard delivery(by postal) takes 10-15 days,whilst International courier takes 3-4 days
Mine took 8days

They send an electronic report in form of a mail to the recipient which delivers instantaneously. Physical copy takes two or three days to get to the school within US

Would WES send confirmation to your national diploma institution (polytechnic) ?

House please advise. I have sent all my documents to WES for evaluation and I believe some of them, not all, have reached WES. But anytime I check my WES account to know which documents they have received (especially for the purpose of pursuing transcript verification in my schools) all what I see on my WES account is "Status: In progress We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s)."

I have been seeing this message now for almost 2 weeks now and WES has not even sent me any email for any update whatsoever. What do I do please?

You definitely have to send your WAEC result to WES before your transcript would be evaluated
