I remember sometime in 1998, I was 7, angry about something and throwing some tantrums while my dad was trying to scold me.

That was how I picked up a padlock and threw it at him. He dodged the padlock which ended up hitting and breaking the TV after shattering the TV shelf glass.

The beating I received that day with his Customs belt was one of a kind that reset my head for a very long while.

I miss that man so much.

As a village boy I had penchant for catching snakes and scorpions with bare hand ( a skill my grandpa taught me ). My much older cousin was always stealing my money.

I caught scorpion one day and put it where I always kept my money. Few days later I forgot I kept scorpion in the sack, dipped my hand inside, it was painful but my grandpa ( GOD BLESS him ) laughed his ass off before piercing the spot and apply some remedy for me.

At least you should remember some parts of 6-9yrs old, and some rare cases under 6yrs old, maybe when someone beat you or bought something special you like for you. But most kids born nowadays have good memory of the past.
