My ex his getting married in a few weeks and I’m so mad about it! I know this is kind of mean and twisted but I take comfort in the idea that the marriage is doomed for failure. Now I need your nonpartisan opinions. So my ex met this woman in high school back home. They dated for years before he moved to the UK for his masters and doctorate. They stayed in a long distance relationship for years but he dated other women in the UK. Some of those relationships were long term. His first years here, he didn’t go home for 5 years so they didn’t see each other. I don’t know when exactly they broke up but I know they did at some point. He and I started dating somewhere in that time frame. He reconnected with her but kept seeing me. He left me when I got pregnant and moved on to get her pregnant six months after that. We both had no Idea. For 2 years, I didn’t hear a pip from him. My guess is, he was in a fully committed relationship with her. But we reconnected in odd circumstances and for almost 2 years, he begged me to take him back. I eventually did. I just found out about the other woman’s existence. They’re about to get married. Seriously, do you think this is going to work out ? |

sandrayeo:Have you taken timeout to consider if the ex waited around reassuringly even when she understand the guy was cheating abroad n every other nonsense ? You need to consider possibility the guy see the 9ja lady as more understanding, less stressful to deal with which in turn could mean more loving, depending on your half of the divide. Girl you better forgive this guy and move on with your life. Don't be held up by bitterness and unforgiveness. Moreso you're not God and cannot determine the future of that marriage. For all you know God probably ended your relationship with him so you could meet your own man. Don't hinder yourself with this state of bitterness.
