Isn't it a shame that the bone of contention in the court of law is whether a governorship candidate of a state who gets a state allocation of not less than 3 billion naira monthy from the federal purse and earns nothing less than a million naira per month as basic salary has the basic educational requirement of an SSCE while millions of graduates in the same state are jostling to get jobs that will pay them a minimum wage of 18000 naira per month?Who wrote the Nigerian constitution please?
The American constitution doesn't require any educational qualification to run for office. So don't blame the constitution. It's up to the people with their votes to choose the standard of leadership they aspire.

He's using forged certificate and that's why he presently has a case of forgery against him.

If he loses that one, na straight to prison.

Go and contest election win it then earn the largess of office. Winning an election is beyond academic qualification.

While it is desirous to have top notch academic qualifications that guarantees nothing. Jeremy corbyn is only a secondarian!

If getting the largesse of political office is all you can think of as what a political office should be all about then we have a long way to go in this country. Show me any developed country in the world that does not have leaders with good academic qualification!

It's confusing.

My understanding of the Case is that Adeleke arranged with others to sit for NECO Exam in a village in 2017 but didn't appear to write the exam by himself.

WAEC matter was by the medical doctor that contested the primaries with him in PDP.

I don't understand his lawyers' appeal.
