From the attachment, if a town is consist of 1,000 people upward, then what's the population of Uruagu that you referred to as a village?

Secondly, if a village is known as a human settlement or community, then what are you blabbing about?
Why not read and digest before making noise.
What this simply means is that there is no clear disparity between a village and a community from the definition in the attachment.

Nnewi is not only a city, but the second largest city in Anambra State. Nnewi is far bigger than a town and can never be called a town. Rather, it has four towns like I mentioned earlier.

Once autonomous is attached to a settlement, then it means it's no longer a village/community, but a town with it's own boundary, laws and heads.

See the second attachment were it was clearly spelt out that Uruagu is a town as against the village you claim it's.
