Reek was not concerned for her safety too when he originally reported the plot and had the conspirators killed.

It was at this point she commanded the unsullied using the whip to kill the masters. While this was going on, she turns to the master holding drogon. He complains the dragon refuse to obey but Deanerys tells him dragons are not slaves. And she says, "Dracarys"

Pls you must note here that she has done Wat she agreed, which is give her dragon for the unsullied. As long as she has paid, she can use what she paid for anyways she wants. She decides to use it to attack the masters.

But Tarly was not a usurper; he was a Lord fighting for his liege. So your analogy fails.

Well you are only buttressing my point. Randyll had to die with the way he responded to her but not Dickon. That is my stance all along.

If she didn’t kill them, she’s not setting them free either. They are her prisoner.
