Yes, Thank you but I don't see the difference in what you mentioned and what I mentioned tbh, I used the term "process"which includes everything they have to do with one's application while you used the term "verified". I am just giving my own personal experience as well. All the same thank you for the info.

YW sire. However, the difference is the present and past tense. Uni-assist processes applications according to how they are being submitted and also entered into their system, like on a queue of a thing. Verification of certificates by uni-assist does not take days but hours or even less in some situations. Payment does not mean they have started processing your application, no, not at all. It will remain on queue as well as someone that has not paid but has submitted his application until they get to your turn. If you have not made your payment when they get to your turn, then the application will be automatically become incomplete. I hope you understand what I am trying to clarify here? Shalom

You can collect it by hand. You just need to have 'Kone'. You need to know men. I was in Lagos and my transcript and Certificate met me at my doorstep.

It's all about your mulla and who you know in ESUT. Anything is possible.

The company thing can also work. At least, have someone working there.
wow, I ain't requesting for a full transcript tho
You know someone that can help me?
Or maybe I just send it to an organization
I know a Hotel I can send it and collect it from

Thank you. I did not know about this. Although the school still wants a signed application form in hard copy sent to uniassist when I visited their website and there was no specific place for signing on the form. However I did that still under the declaration part and every other page of the form just in case, I have sent it already. Also I believe some schools only require the scanned copy of that application form as part of the new development but not all. I did both to avoid doing too much later.

The best thing is to always follow what the school says. It is a new development though. Below is the information on the print application form page of uni-assist. Note the next line in bold form.

"Clicking on "Print application" will generate a PDF file of your application that you can preview and print out for your own records.

Do I have to send documents to uni-assist by post?
Most universities require officially certified copies of your educational certificates (including the overview of subjects and grades) and certified copies of the translations. Send these by post to uni-assist. Uploading these documents is not sufficient.

You can find our address and further useful information on the uni-assist website under: Sending an application and assemble your documents.

Print application "

I think that would help. Try to talk with the person facilitating it. Tell the person "Thank you" with like 3-5k, so that they can fast track it.

Yes, only standardised tests like IELTS are accepted. My BSc is in Biochemistry and I had no relevant work experience so will have to do an internship or semester abroad.
Thanks!

Wanna know if the course is restricted and what my chances are

If your BSc was in Economics, you are most likely going to be admitted. Just be positive.

Congratulations my brother, am so sorry for responding kinda late, honestly am just seeing your post, I have been offline for some days now.

As regards this, I also had exactly the same issue. But from their explanations, they mean to say you didn't do enough courses in GIS during your undergraduate studies.

This is what I did, I looked out for institutions doing short courses on GIS got their certificate and send it immediately to the coordinator, and they sent me the admission without condition.

I actually used FUTA, there is a short course program they do, paid 20k, got my certificate and sent immediately. The only downside is they delayed giving me my certificate even after several worries and I was not happy with that, don't know if they have improved.

I want to believe ESRI have some free courses you can enroll in and get your certificate after 4 weeks or so. That I believe will also serve.

Am so glad you finally made it, kindly respond to the offer if you are interested. They usually don't admit so much, last year I think they are about 13 or 14 students admitted.

If you have any other issues, feel free to ask questions or kindly pm me. Hope this helps.

Hi bro,

Whats your opinion about running similàr courses on Coursera after which a certificate will be issued?

You absolutely right bro! I applied to two schools via uniassist some weeks ago, I dint send the printed application form after the payment and I got my evaluation results within 3weeks. The system has changed

#Fact Experience

honourableseyi:

Uni-assist has changed their system this semester unlike before where all schools required you to sign your application form. Only a few schools do that currently. Once you print your uni-assist application form and there is no place to sign, but only two check-marked paragraphs on accepting terms and condition, then you do not have to sign or even send it. You are to sign it if there is a place for date/city and also dotted line where to append the signature. Shalom
