This type of death is highly possible. Firstly, it is confirmed he's diabetic. Most diabetics have high blood pressure issues. It's likely he was amongst the many Nigerians that don't take their medications daily or non at all when they have these issues. It is also obvious Felix's heart has become very weak as a result of uncontrolled diabetes and high blood pressure.

The excitement of an event like wedding could cause dangerous fluctuations in BP and could result to a heart attack in people like him.
