Where do I begin? This plan needs a complete overhaul. One lesson I always teach is to put yourself in the floor plan when designing. This will straighten out many of the kinks. Also where is the bathroom facilities? Shower/tub, sinks, etc..
A lot of wasted space throughout. There are some nice features to the plan but again needs a bit of work.
