My dear, relax. Before watchtower started, people had understood what John 3:8 says. It's even in your watchtower library, directly saying exactly what the clergy of 'christensdom' says.

Bible commentaries has been explaining the scriptures for 100s of years. So, let's handle one issue at a time. OK? It's only last year that watchtower attempted bringing John 3:8 to support their doctrine on heavenly calling. For more than 50 years, they have not even done that. But this year, I see they have not done so and have chosen to go back to Ro 8:16.

So, don't be in a haste. Hopefully, when we are through with reasoning from the scriptures, you will appreciate what the gospel of Christ is about.

I was only referring to Bible commentary to probably intimate you what you may not have know. I was simply mentioning it on passing. I have not interest on diverting our conversation to something else for now. It is only when you see what the old covenant could not do that God made arrangements to bring the new covenant sealed by Jesus blood that you will understand born again and John 3:8

That's why they keep agitating that witnesses should not progress in their research so that they'll be referring to the busstop where they dropped,expecting us to remain in the same place, whereas any prospective Witness have been notified that the organization is not stagnant!

Peter made it known his reward is in heaven. He is born again , a royal priesthood .
