They are allowed to have sex in prison. If she has a man outside prison who comes to see her regularly, they give them places they can have their time together. Sometimes male prisoners date female prisoners and they have times they are allowed to spend with each other especially when the prisoners have the money to tip officials.

Note that prison is different from a normal police cell. Most prisons have everything you need just that you can't come out the walls of that environment. Let's say its like a boarding house in secondary schools.

That would be totally wrong and it will send the wrong signals!

Imagine if every woman on death row decide to get phucked by a warder and then get pregnant and deliver a baby....as a means of escaping senntence (even the woman that killed her husband somewhere in Abuja or so, quickly got pregnant in prison and is using the pregnancy as an excuse to be relased!).
Govt should just take the baby away from her and put it in a Motherless babies home or allow her family members or other willing member of the public to adopt the child.

What about the menfolk in prison, will they be released if there wife delivered twins for them or is this just another ploy by women to have an undue advantage?

She got pregant out of wedlock again. This lady is not repenting at all.
The babies will be separated from her. Or else, other prisoners will just get pregnant too, collect N1 million and go home. The prison will be empty before the coming Friday.

What you are describing is not the Nigerian prison system.
The only way to enjoy extra privilege is to bribe official and that poor looking
woman has no such money.

She must not wait for the governor to help her, after all her colleagues are doing tangible business and getting good pay, the governor had to assist so the baby won't suffer since she don't have a source of living for now.
