Let’s call it for what it is; the fair price should be 38 kobo just like Chams!
Why not? Afterall it’s paying the same 3 kobo dividend as Chams and its weak financial position is nothing to write home about.
I mean just look at all the Borrowings - over 100Billion.
Its Financial costs keeps increasing yearly.
And let's not forget the part that is apparently the most lucrative to TOE and his team - Administrative Expenses. It never stops increasing!
And at this price its PE would look much better.
