What happen to u is a rare case, infact most doctors dont know it because they have not come across it in practise.
That thing is not pile, it is called fistula in anus. There is a tube or a channel connecting ur inner colon to ur outer anus discharging shit in form of purse, if u press that place u wil feel strong ball-like stuff inside, it is painful when it is about to discharge, after discharging u will feel less pain. So many people mistake it for a pile.

I know how uncomfortable and painful ur life has become bro. I have been in ur shoes like 5 months ago. Any tear or rupture in the rectum is very painful...worse than any pain u knw.
