They summarized it in the scene when NK moved closer to Bran, they panned a camera over the WW and you could see one of the WW move his face.

Moreover, Arya and Melisandre met earlier before Arya went to Bravos and she told Arya she saw so many eyes in her eyes... Brown, green and 'blue'. She reiterated it again during the battle when she told Arya that she could wear a blue eye and that was when Arya realized she could wear a walker's face.

They don't have to show everything, if they were showing everything the series would just be long an meaningless like Jumong.

The battle was supposed to happen in the night, thanks to the name night king. He brings an endless night with him. Everyone just believes they are in a position to criticize. The night king is a general. I would do the same when I saw Jon who isn't my target. When I've fresh soldiers, all I have to do is give Jon some work to do, which the night king did, and go for my main target. If not for Arya's last minute save, the night King's tactics was spotless. This is the best episode for me. Those criticizing should go write their own books and publish it.

If there's one thing I've observed, is that the night king is a coward. And like all cowards, they usually hide behind others.

Jon wasn't his primary target, yes we know, but this same night king stood his ground facing Dennys dragon until she used fire on him. Why didn't he command his undead to come to his aid. I believe he wanted to prove a point which is he's immune to fire.

If he could defeat Jon Snow. The night king would have stood his ground and face him regardless of whether Bran was his primary target or not. Don't forget, Jon wields a valerian steel sword which proved to be deadly against the night king. I believe that why he raised the dead to battle Jon.

The night king is a first class coward.

You do not need any detail. First of all answer these questions: "who was the faceless man? How does his magic work? How was it possible to take a face of a person and then now have all their attribute"? How was it possible to sneak up on the best fighters without being noticed? Remember what Little finger told Sansa about the many faced gods?

You cannot have the details because Arya's powers have never been revealed fully for us to know her weakness. So deal with it.

Overanalysis is what is killing most of the show watchers.

Nobody talked about this scene until what Melisandre saw came to pass.

Focus on the simple stuffs and maybe you'd enjoy the show.

The writers did a very EXCELLENT job, they gave us the spoiler years ahead and we couldn't see it. And those that didn't see it as well are saying that writers are sack.
