I got the Redmi 6A.

I got it through @ifedith.

Payment on delivery. Just contact him. He'll let you know if payment on delivery can work in your location. He's trustworthy and I can vouch for him even if you choose to pay before receiving the device.

It took just 4 days all the way from Lag to Kano.

update: so have been contacting dhl via phone and mail, apparently, dhl sent me a mail {MADE AN ERROR IN MY EMAIL ADDRESS) notifiying me of the customs issh and for me to pay abt 6k+, the actual customs duty is about 3k, while dhl handling charges is abt 3k too, have paid the 6k+ to the dhl account and the package is now in transit to me, hopefully, would get it 2moro. the bulk of the customs charge is a 5% of item value.

btw, have you seen the specs of the new oneplus 7??, omo i cant wait for 2020, when oneplus 8 will be svsilsble, lemme ditch my OP5, the 64gb space is now too small grin
that one+ 7 and the pro will be far more expensive than Mi9, and by next year, one+ 8 will be even costlier same with Mi10. Flagship phones with flagship features and flagship design and flagship chipsets just have to be expensive. Its their nature, one plus and xiaomi started cheap now one plus is getting costlier by the year and xiaomi will soon join.
.
Unless you are in the association of buyers of old phones or "cleanly used"

yes there's an option to hide the notch with the new update. It's the black bar that looks annoying to me tho
Nope!... that looks annoying to everybody except the phone manufacturers themselves.

It's a system app, so you won't find that option. It's allowed to run without any optimization. Just open the app, then open recent apps, long click on it and select the lock icon.

If you want to turn off MIUI optimization completely, enable developers option, you'll see the option to turn it off at the end.
nice, thanks..

Mehn, when I turned off optimization. My phone became ugly, I had to quickly turn it on back

One plus(flagship), Oppo(Midrange), Vivo(Budget) are subsidiaries of the same company, BBK, same owner just like Transsion(Tecno, Infinix, itel). That doesn't mean one can't find midrange Vivo phones or midrange One plus but expect high cost for One plus phones.

BBK directly owns Oppo and Vivo, while Oneplus is a subsidiary of Oppo. They also own 2 new smartphone brands Ikoo and Realme.

Oppo can't be classified as mid-range as he stated.
