Abeg if you are close to him, or anyone here on nairaland.. tell skino4united that i now hate infinix with a passion because of him and his moderator friends on xclub, i swear to always promote other brands using all the social media channels available, everyone must understand that they have been using rubbish (called infinix) for some years now... Before December infinix will loose more than half of its customers... Infact, am not the only one some people i met that are recently xiaomi marketers have thesame complain about infinix xclub moderators and staff. One thing he has to know is that we are not robots, we bought infinix phones with our money and so where they messed up we address them, but skino and his moderator friends just want you to praise infinix or you keep quiet. Infact, am about to open a marketing handle on Twitter on this.

Sorry but are you really sure that you've indeed bought the infinix S4 or that's what you want us to believe because if that's true you wouldn't be here asking for solution to a 'restarting' new phone. Your first instinct would be to return to point of purchase. Or could this be your way of confirming whether the new Infinix S4 has 'freezing' and 'restarting' issues?

Don't let them fix it, request for a new one.

The phone already has a factory fault, better return it and collect a new one before it's too late.

Congrat then. However, I'd still advise you to resist the temptation of trying prescribed solution(s) and wait for their (carlcare) so called software update. But if you are ready to toss your warranty cover in the air, you might as we'll do otherwise.

Who has been able to restrict apps from using data on the S4 assuming i want to block my whatsapp from receiving messages even when i open it..was able to do this on my infinix hot note...i can't find the option on the S4

If you had known,you would have bought a xiaomi or huawei, these problems are normal with infinix
