When he finally comes out pls tell him to return home. Nigerians shld stop going to these wicked countries, most especially without papers. If u must immigrate, go to Canada or Europe where there is human rights biko. In China u can die at anytime. Your brother might even be innocent. But I believe he will soon be released. Cheers. The only thing you can do for him if you have faith in God pray fervently for him but if your faith is not up to mustard seed I will advice you to go by the way of traditional because asia prison is not a prison to serve especially chinese prison before you know they will be planning to harvest his kidney which I pray that will not happen 2 Likes 1 Share |

at least thank god it was fraud he did and not drugs cos dat one na instant execution tinns.hmm op i dont know wat to tell u cos if i advise u cos if i suggest i go complain to our embassy dat wil be a complete waste of time cos our embassies are lifeless.anyway just pray and hope 4 d best. |

Soul47: You can/should do nothing but wait. Anything else is an action in futility. no papers, he will be deported after serving his time. If a crime was committed, he will serve his time. He will/might only be given a phone to call you if his case goes from bad-worse, the call will be a good bye call. Asia is not Europe or America, they frown seriously at any type of crime, they even execute their ministers if caught on corruption charges so you can imagine what. 'Searching for greener pastures' means going to violate Visas and do fraud in Nigerian parlance. I would've said don't bother yourself because China is just another kettle when it comes to human rights for criminals and we should be happy justice is served for his victim(s). Tough luck, but if he did the crime, he should do the time (that's if it's only time he'll do in China). Anyway, see if you can contact the Chinese embassy in Nigeria, and the Nigerian Embassy in China and be upfront with what exactly he was up to there in the far east. You can take it up from there. People like your brother continue to make things difficult for legitimate Nigerians trying to earn a honest living and bring value to Nigeria in these countries  20 Likes |

Nothing will happen to your brother unless he was caught with drug. But if it's only paper issue, he will be deported after serving 3 month.. He will be ask to contact his family for his air ticket or he will remain in Chinese prison until the family do so. 2 Likes |
