I will advise you to put all the thing u wanna send to wes in the same envelope when sending comfirmation of your School certificate to them to save cost.i mean when you doing number 1 below, tell them at waec/ Neco office that you intend to add some documents in the envelope that they are sending to wes or else you will have to for courier service twice.

1.You need to send confirmation of your SSCE either NECO or WAEC
Waec verification is done at waec office at jibowu while Neco is done at Coker road,ilupeju,lagos state.
2.buy scratch card of either waec/ neco
3. Photocopy of your degree and secondary school certificate or online printout( coloured copy is advisable for eligibility)
4. Birth certificate is optional if you are using waec but I used NPC( birth certificate) for back up cos I used NECO.

5.WES Nigeria E-PIN/Scratch Card Information Form.

I will suggest you visit WES website then click on "required documents"....you will see all you need.

Do you input your reference number on the scratch card? When sending scratch card you need to write your reference number on the card.if u send the card without your refrence number on it it will be discarded.

Print the "WES Nigeria E-PIN/Scratch Card Information Form " from wes website.dont scratch the card. Write your reference number on the card,fill the form as well then attached the card to the form and send it via DHL they will get it in 1-2weeks.dont forget to quote your reference number on the envelope too.

I think you need to swear an affidavit to back it up....I had similar issue too but I used affidavits and birth certificate(NPC) as backup.

am having problem with my wes evaluation, my transcript was sent to wes, and arrived at wes new york on march 27, 2019, dat same day, my dashboard was updated dat some documents were received and undergoing review. now wes is telling me dey did not receive my transcript. pls does any one knw d cause

Have WES sent copies of your credentials to the awarding Institution for verification?
If no,i think that's why the message is coming up

Sorry, that is true, as at December 2018 that I did my own there was no dhl, they only have FedEx, UPS and Chase. But, I've the contact for UPS.

there is a transcript request form you can download from WES. fill it and submit along with other documents to whoever is incharge of preparing transcript in your school

But why not call the UPS or FedEx representative to help you get the Chase representative number since all of them are on the same stand.

I submitted since 11th April 2019, I got the same response too.

Good day everyone, here is my own problem
I finished from zenith university in ghana(private uni) but i was given university of cape coast(govt uni) certificate. Thats how its done in ghana all private schools are under government schools. I am about applying for wes evaluation so i want to know which of the school will send my transcripts to wes for evaluation?

Hi room pls i need your help asap, am a graduate from a nigerian university and have applied for Masters program in an USA university, now the university is pending my admission , telling me they want to confirm my transcripts from my university by demselves or through third parties organizations. It doesn't matter. Many people have same issues even in their date of birth too. That's a typical error but WES will just indicate it in your report. If there's to be any explanation on that, CIC will contact you but i don't think that's an issue as your BSC is more superior.
