Who has been able to restrict apps from using data on the S4 assuming i want to block my whatsapp from receiving messages even when i open it..was able to do this on my infinix hot note...i can't find the option on the S4

Old fela, you remind me of people that still cherish Peugeot 404, 504, 505 in 2019 and will still argue that they are the best. If you value the old rubbish crap in your hand, no problem go on. I will continue to tell you tecno and infinix substandees, the international market (europe,america etc) is always open for competition, so tell your craps to go and sell their phones there and stop hiding in Africa where there are no sanctions and regulations. i dont think you understand what market segmentation means, it looks funny to you because you fall within a target range who need above 1gb ram or higher, people who have less and can now get quality mobile experience a lower price plus device requirements wont agree with you. Its all about meeting needs acrsos categories which infinix offers. Smart, Hot, zero and S series are designed to suit into each categories of needs and lifestyle.

Xiaomi, huawei, have the budget models for that segment if the market. Ulephone, umidigi are also quality brands that are also internationally known most especially in the UK.
