SerVik:

Jamie won't kill cercei. It would be quite a stupid plot twist if the showrunners decide to go that route.

Cersei is carrying his baby, that should count for something. Killing her would also mean taking the life of his unborn child, something I don't think Jamie is capable of.
we hate most passionately those we once loved with similar passion! Jamie knows cersei lies, until the end of last season Jamie never believed cersei was capable of lying to him, now she sent bronn to kill him he knows she's capable of doing worse than mere lying to him. So like he told brienne, cersei is capable of terrible hate......................... So was he! Now guess who he hates?

Hate for cersei, not his baby. You do not cut off the nose to spite the face.

like i said, he knows how creative cersei can get with her lies, he might soon have reason to doubt the existence of a baby in the first place

I was discussing with friends on how Jon Snow is even a better ruler than Dany and Sansa.

Sansa: they made her seem smart. Yes she is and quite calculative. But she lacks diplomacy. She's also selfish. She feels the North doesn't need allies. For Christ sake no kingdom or ruler can survive without allies. Tywin Lanister was powerful because of allies he made even with rivals. He stays in kings Landing and commands even his worst rival to help him do a dirty job. Power of allies. If Jon had listened to Sansa not to go to dragon stone to meet Dany, the North would have been wiped out.

Daenerys : I love her. People are thinking she's a mad queen. Why? Cersei blew up the cept, conspired and wiped out some powerful houses in Westeros, and no one called her a mad queen. But the one who lost her dragons and Army trying to save humanity is called a mad queen just because she was angry about her loss. They barely liked her in the North. Cersei their queen couldn't even send an army to save them, but a potential queen helping out is tunted to be the enemy.

Jon: he has a sense of diplomacy, knows how to carry people along. He has the likeable attitude. People love him naturally. He's not selfish, willing to sacrifice to save humanity. He's a better ruler, more humble and Accommodating. I hope he survives

I hope the final 2 episodes make our journey since s01 worth it. Any logical ending will do...

"Last week we reported that what was supposed to be perhaps the
most important Game of Thrones episode, ever, had become the
second-lowest rated Game of Thrones episode, of all time. Season 8,
episode 3 “ The Long Night” got rated at a low 75% on Rotten
Tomatoes, a low for a show that has 22 episodes rated at 100%. Now,
“The Last of the Starks” has beaten the record again, sinking to a quite
low 59%, placing itself dangerously close to the lowest rated Game of
Thrones episode. That crown still belongs to Season 5, episode 6,
“Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken” , at 57%.

It seems as if the apparently illogical death of Rhaegal, the Starbucks
cup goof, and other things pushed this episode far away from being a
fan favourite. However, the question is, is Season 8 going that badly?

Let’s face it, Game of Thrones has an obsessive fandom. After two
years, and a high level of hype, any mistake the show makes is bound
to get extra attention from the fans.

Not only that, it appears as if the show’s usual style of surprising the audiences is not so welcome anymore as people are questioning the logic of many of these scenes.
In any case, it seems likely that the show might end up breaking the
record of its lowest-rated episode before the series ends for good and
if that happens, it will leave a bad aftertaste for a show that has been
hailed as the best TV show, ever. Let’s just hope the show does not
have a How I Met Your Mother-esque ending in store for us."

And you think a one-handed Jamie could defeat that ruthless psycho in a one-on-one combat Ah, didn't think so.

When Jamie finds out Euron bedded Cersei and she loved it, I'd bet on Jamie getting rid of his hateful sister who wants him dead rather. (1) She's the easier option, and (2) he doesn't love her, anymore, to care about whom she's fvcking and who she isn't.

It's a good thing Cersei doesn't know all that.

Don't know if it was the same HBO production you and I watched, but the Jamie I saw in the last episode was still in love with Cercei. cheesy

Lol she won't.
Cersei is winning if you haven't noticed. Lol

Danny ain't smart, relies too much on "my advisers".
Should have relieved Tyrion long ago, he's a terrible war strategist.

I don't get why she takes both dragons so close together, like why? when only you can say Dracarys, why hasn't she trained anyone else?

If it comes to battle Dany will lose... So Arya or Jamie will probably kill Cersei off battle.
This is why I hate coming to this thread. People must always yarn dust. undecided

At this point, the best explanation is that he is deliberately sabotaging Dany's plans in order to save the life of his sister. He wants Cersei to live.

He made mistakes (who doesn't), the effects of which have been greatly exaggerated.

Right now, there is no better strategist alive on the show. He learnt from the best -- his father.

Many of them were just sad that their predictions did not come to pass, imagine self acclaimed analysts saying little finger is not dead, like duh, the only person that is allowed to wake up from the death bed is Jon and maybe the mountain. And speaking about logic, GOT has never been 100% logical I mean its a show where a woman who cannot be burnt flies dragons, a witch that cannot give correct prophesies resurrects a man and a girl can carve faces and cook people within a short time.

One thing for sure is certain either Jon or Dany or both will die in e5 or e6. If Dany wins she will want Jon dead to secure her position. Other clues so far:
Lord Varys(ep1): nothing lasts
Jon and tormund(ep 4): let's say goodbye, you can never know if we would see again.
My baby girl Arya does not trust Dany
I think Dany will get mad in e5 and die in 6. What about you?

Except if the showrunners are running the character to the ground, that's the similar conclusion I arrived at, myself.

I remember back when in s01e02 when he implied that he knew that Jaime and Cersei were involved in Bran's fall from the tower. Cersei asked him whose side he was on, he replied:

"You know I would do anything for my family"

I also remember his look of concern when the Dothraki and Drogon were decimating the Lannister army in s07, even before Jaime charged at the wounded Drogon. The guy is very much still a Lion at heart.

Quite a quandary for our beloved Tyrion here. He loves his family, still, after all they've done to him (crazy? I know); and he very much believes in the Dragon Queen (probably the only Westerosi who does). Perhaps that's why he's a bit 'untyrion-like' in his approach these days.
