Even without that,Adeleke will lose d case bcoz election case are not won base on sentiment or some group of ppl outcry..
Looking at d tribunal verdict, it shows that rerun election approved by the constitution is invalid which then make the electoral part of the constitution useless. The best supreme court can do is other a rerun if enough evidence of violence n neglect of electoral process
