Some have the will power to overcome it while some don't. But bashing them and telling them they are to soft and to man up is not the solution.

I knew a guy that started by offloading goods in the market from 7 to 4 every day, 6 times in a week. He made roughly 8-12k weekly (after expenses) depending on influx of goods. That's average of 40k monthly after expenses.
He later took a security job to guard a factory at night, daily which he received 25k monthly.

Given that your score is in a particular range, I doubt you might be able to make 280 or higher in future. People have limits and they must understand it.
Now, this is what you're going to do:
Since schools haven't called for postume, quickly do a change of course and put a course with low cut off marks - local govt studies, psychology, etc.
When you finally get admitted, you can then take another jamb if you want. But by then, you're already a bona-fide University student. While in school, you'll see your fellow students in 100, 200 and 300 level, still reading for jamb because of Law, medicine, etc. Join them. You can even go for jamb tutorials while in the university.

All these suicide talk is just arrant nonsense.
I wrote jamb 4 times and it was like nothing.
Some wrote 6.
What about those that have spent 5 years in medicine, engineering and co, that were withdrawn due to low G.P. and ended up starting afresh?

Ask yourself: "What have I been doing wrong?". You wrote that you scored 211 in 2016 and as you put it "I was happy that I'll study law"

Law for where!!....with 211? What you score in your jamb may not entirely be your fault but the decisions you make after seeing your score are on you. With this 234 of yours, you will easily get into school....if you go for the right course and the right school. I have a friend that is studying law in Uniosun with 214 (he had good connection though) but still, was able to gain the admission because it was a state University. Make sound planning with this score, go for a less competitive course and a less competitive school. Big courses and big schools are not meant for everybody and they don't determine where you go in life. I am a jambite too, I wrote in '17 '18 and this year. I had good scores in '17 and '18 (233 and 281 respectively) but still couldn't make it due to poor planning and poor post-utme score. I scored 296 this year and with the plans on ground, I am certain I will get into a school this year. And I am sure you will also get into a school this year if you plan well.....if your course is competitive, change it bro, prepare well for post-utme and don't aim for those "hard-to-get-in" schools just because your friends are there or because you also want to attend them. Your jamb score has limited your options, so make wise choice with the ones you have. G'day!!

Young ones want to become men really fast, want to achieve so fast, want to get to the goal so fast forgetting that life sometimes isn't as smooth as it seems. To be technically correct, they aren't really "taking suicide casually these days". They say they're gonna, but they likely wouldn't after we've knocked some sense into them. Like somebody said earlier change to a less competitive school. My own advice is that you should look for a good art course like English language, mass communication, psychology etc, and change to ,because that your score cannot get law.

I gave it a try, hey its only $6. I figured at the least, 6 other people would respond out of the 100 million PayPal users. You should give it a try too!

A little while back, I was browsing through a forum, just like you are now, and came across an article similar to this one saying you could make thousands dollars within weeks with an investment of only $6.00! So I thought, "It’s probably a scam," but like most of us, I was curious, so I kept reading…

Anyway, it said that you send $1 though PayPal to all 6 emails on the list. You then place your own email address in the bottom of the list at #6, and post the article in at least 200 news groups (There are a lot).
