A new update we got about the Gospel Minister who committed suicide in Abuja, revealed that he is not an RCCG member, but a member of Shepherd House Church, Apo.

According to Bennie Umoren, the deceased left the Redeemed Christian Church of God two years ago, and he didn't die because he was depressed over rent. The Facebook user who revealed that the Gospel Minister who committed suicide was not an RCCG member, further disclosed that his wedding was cancelled because of sexual relationship with another girl who leaked his nudes, hence he got frustrated because of the embarrassment.

I always try to wonder why a grown up person would commit suicide,why not just get a visa or something and travel out and leave that old life behind forever and start a new life in a new country..Why dont people think Or am i the only person that has started using 10% of my brain??

RCCG is not aware of his cancelled wedding, he's definitely not a member. he now returned to RCCG because he couldn't handle the shame n depression. poor guy! RIP... To guys out there , if you can't handle shame n depression, and you couldn't go to your pastor. seek a professional counselor out, suicide is not an option at all no matter what.... the eternal penalty is not pleasant... my condolences to his bereaved family.

What's is the purpose of him going to church,his services to God and listening to all kinds of sermons from men of God? Not even a vision or prophecy like "There is someone here today you're going through a lot and suicide is the only option you've thought about. I want to assure you, this is just a trial that wil lead you to your greater height"

Despite all the sweet sermons/words of God he has heard from tushed pastors in Abj, yet he still commit suicide. Food for thought: It's not by going to church or being close to DADDY GO or powerful pastor . We all live by God's grace.
