Evening bro, Applying to TUM at this time is late in my opinion, the application deadline for almost all their courses is 31st of May and you need to first get VPD from uni-assist before your application can be processed, the lead time for getting the VPD is approximately 3wks so it is practically not possible to meet up with TUM deadline at the this time.
I got the message from TUM while seeking for admission:
Thank you for contacting the Hotline of the Student Service Center.

The VPD can be sent to us after the deadline. However, uni-assist must receive your documents and your payment before the deadline.

To fund your BA simply go to any bank, open a domiciliary account, buy euro from aboki and fund the dom account then transfer to the BA.

When I asked the fair lady that attended to me,she said if the address in your AL is Abuja or any of the northern states, then you should write to Lagos consulate office with attachment of your AL and also stating you want your interview at the Abuja German Embassy, then a date will be given to you for Abuja venue...

Las las we will ALL make it!!!
This journey no easy at ALL but with GOD,it will surely end in praise!!!!

please i stay in abuja does it mean we can now book appointment at the embassy in abuja instead of going to the consulate in lagos

Now I get it. The application is through TUMonline, I thought the application is done through Uni-assist.

Please after applying online, will I be sending certified documents or non-certified copy through mail?

Sigh, kindly advise if I should apply or just look for another school.

Thank you.

Kindly look for other schools cause you can't meet up with TUM again.

Yes that's their procedure. U have to send ur secondary school Certificate(s), though I included my degree Certificate as well as EPL. They will then issue you with Recognized English letter which you will attach together with other documents while applying via Uni-assist. All the best.

Mind you bro, TUM do not accept Certified documents from Court. Rather Notarized copies from Notary Public. Check their website, it's written boldly with sample of how the notary copies will look like. All the best.

Good afternoon Ẹ family

My interview is in few days, I was supposed to use SL but there is a delay in that and now I'm stucked. I don't know if the SL will be available before the interview and I don't have a block account.
My question is should I go without means of funding to the interview or open a block account prior to that day.
Any suggestions will be welcomed.

Thanks to all.
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 6 by sassy92(f): 12:48pm On May 17, 2019
Open a block account. Take the opening confirmation form for your interview. After your interview, once your SL arrives, forward it to the embassy
