Morning everyone.

While filling the study permit questionnaire, do you have to enter N/A in each boxes not applicable to you or just at the top of that section?

Someone help out with this please!

Good morning friends. Please it’s been 4months since I submitted my application (paper route). Thanks to everyone who have in one way or the oother helped me. Please I really do not know what to do again, missed resumption and had to defer to September 2019.
AApplied Jan23
Medical request April 2
Medical passed April 18
Biometric correspondence May 6
However there’s been no update since then neither have I gotten my passport back. Got a response to a webform I sent saying “ your application has been finalized “ on 7th of May. I have tried calling vfs countless times but it’s not been going through. I want to withdraw the application but I was told I can’t since the application has been finalized. Please I don’t know the next step to take, I need all suggestions whatsoever. Thank you

How long does qlife take in sending medical results to IRCC.. it’s now 6 days and nothing yet. I kept on calling and they are saying they haven’t, I asked the reason for that and they said there’s no reason they just haven’t.

When writing SOP after a refusal, do I start writing why I chose Canada, the school and the course..... or just explain only the points from the refusal reasons

Okonkwobestman1:
Open the cic site and create Gckey account if you haven't done that, follow the instructions there and link your application. it is not rocket science, i did mine earlier today. you'd be fine

I used the tracking tool on VFS and saw the following message... I guess the passport is ready for pick-up. What's the status of yours?

No. I meant if you'd done an upfront medical, your approval still wouldn't be certain. But if you'd been requested to go for the medical examination, then the chances of approval would be high.

Sha be available to collect it within 30 days of the collection request.

You mean after they telling me 'my processed passport is ready for collection', they will state it that i need to go for medical? Na paper route tho... Me nor understand tho... I am not in Nigeria now to go to Lagos and collect it, in neighboring country now sha

If your application has been finalised and you can't withdraw the application, then I suggest you wait for the final decision.

Damlovey:

Morning ma'am, I linked it already, I got the correspondence letter in the account. There's been no update, all it says is we are processing your application and eligibility review

I thought since it's on scholarship that everything pertaining monetary aspect of the process will be paid for the aspirant, that the only money i will have is bta(which is around 500k)and cash for groceries
Honestly i don't have anybody to support me financially,as my parents ain't financially bouyant buh if i hustle for a year,i can save close to 450k
I'm not an expert in this Canada journey thing but from the little I have gathered from this forum finance has a great role to play in it. Does the scholarship cover your living expenses in Canada too? it's required for you to show proof of at least the first year tuition fee and additional 10K dollars and that will be 11K if your school is in Quebec. The gurus in the house can also assist you. I would advise you start reading from part 14 of this thread while you save up. it will help you a lot

A test requirement should be the least of your worries... Funds, home ties, career progression, these should be your main concern.
