Nobody is perfect. Clearly, Dany was driven totally insane by her grief. That's the only explanation for her decision to kill everybody in the city that she wanted to rule. In her insanity, she told Jon that she was going to destroy Winterfell too, and expected him to be totally okay with it. This is a woman that won the Unsullied army and the entire Dothraki army by using her charisma and intelligence. Clearly, she had lost her senses. If the lord of light could bring back the dead, then surely, he could restore the sanity of Daenerys Stormborn, the Breaker of Chains.

no she wasn't. She had always wanted to burn cities. This is something she had reiterated countless times but she was advised not to by her advisers.

Her grief only cemented her resolve to burn Kings Landing which she did cos her advisers were either dead or have betrayed her. A good ruler must always be in control of their emotions. Daenerys clearly wasn't in control of hers. She became power drunk like every other tyrant.

I'm pretty sure the Lord of light doesn't resurrect tyrants. Daenerys is dead and that's it.
