I think get gcms notes and still consider what your mom said. What do vo want again? Logically, your doc are great. Also bro, prayers still work. quote author=Oladimejii post=78621896]I applied on the 12th of April. It was a reapplication. In fact, my third application in 3 years. Got Correspondence letter yesterday. I already knew my refusal was lurking. I just received a sms from vfs saying my passport is ready for collection even though my cic online account is still on eligibility review. Background. B.Sc Geography. 3.80/5.00. 8 Years Work Experience as a Fleet and Transport Manager with the Lagos State Government. I got admitted for an Advanced Diploma in Geographic Sciences at the NSCC COGS (Centre of Geographic Sciences). I opted for this program because it focuses more on the practical aspect of Geographic Information Systems which I am passionate about. My first refusal was based on travel history and purpose of visit. I got my GCMS noted and reapplied last year. Explaining in my SOP why I was going for a Geographic Sciences program even though I have had years of experience in transport management. I even attached a letter I wrote at the when I first got my job asking for a change of cadre as I wasn't fulfilled. I was refused again and the VO sited Travel history and ties at home and in Canada even though I am married with 2 kids as reasons. I applied again this year and tried to tackle the VOs concerns. 1. I travelled to Kenya September last year then Dubai. 2. I then applied for a Brazilian visa, it was approved so I visited Brazil for 5 days in November. 3. I applied for Schengen visa late last year, I was lucky it was approved. Visited a host of Schengen countries in February with my wife and 2 kids. 4. Visited Ghana for a training in February. I was confident I had tackled recent travel history and applied again last month February. Docs Submitted. 1.CIC forms. 2. Acceptance Letter 3. Lagos State Government employment letter. 4. Account Statement with 15m balance. With over 45m inflow over 6 months. (Salary account plus funds are from house rents of houses my father left behind when he passed).I attached evidences of these houses as well as tenancy agreements. 5. My company account statement with a balance of 8m and influx of over 30m over a period of 6 months. 6. My Company CAC certificate 7. My Company tax clearance. 8. 3 Land documents in my name. 9. My mom's account statement (Co sponsor) with 11m balance. 10. Mom's stocks and bonds as well as property documents of 2 shopping plazas that she owns. 11.My wife and kids passport data pages and birth certificates. 12. Degree and NYSC discharge certificates. 13. Marriage certificate 14. Lagos State Government Study leave letter. 15. Lagos State Government letter that my salary and allowances will be paid during the course of my study. 16. Previous visas 17. Lease agreement of house I'll be staying in Canada. Cost of study is 10,590CAD. (Paid 2,000CAD) with balance due in August. Living expenses 10,000CAD. I have immediately ordered GCMS. My mom also thinks I should engage an immigration lawyer for a Judicial review but I don't know if that will work. I'm devastated to say the least but I'm not giving up.
|

Hello, PGD or PGC would be his best option in my opinion. Transcript evaluation is dependent on the school he chooses. What abbreviations are confusing? Naughtyvirgin: |

1. Try not to get banned again. 2. If you fail, and you do get banned, don't come back. 3. If you do come back, STOP telling everyone who cares to hear, that you're so-so person, and you're back. OptimusPrime21: 1 Like |

I submitted my sister's application last week Thursday (online route) we are yet to receive any biometric request. Someone said we should go to VFS and "pay" that we would be attended to no matter what. Can any one advise? |

Bkoks: Wait till Friday to go to vfs to inquire....didn't u pay for biometrics as u were applying online |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Bracha: 11:02pm On May 22, 2019 |
I don't think there's any issue, but I suggest you raise a CSE tomorrow if you haven't raised any since it was submitted. Before you raise the CSE, check one more time, then call VFS Global to hear what they have to say. OptimusPrime21: |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Bracha: 11:21pm On May 22, 2019 |
Biometrics instruction letter? Isn't that the letter stating you need to submit your biometrics? If it is, I suggest you head to VFS Global tomorrow and do the biometrics immediately. If you've paid for the biometrics, then go with the applicant's passport and the biometrics instruction letter to VFS Global. Good luck. Bkoks: |

Still around. OptimusPrime21: |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Bracha: 11:28pm On May 22, 2019 |
I think you're confusing a biometrics instruction letter for a biometrics correspondence letter. The instruction letter gives you the go-ahead to do the biometrics, while the correspondence letter tells you the validity of your biometrics. OptimusPrime21: |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Bkoks: 11:34pm On May 22, 2019 |
Thank you! We will do just that tomorrow. Good luck.
|
