A family planning conversation came up b/w to married men at my place of work. One complained on how is family planning method by pills, (taken by his wife) failed, thus resulting in the last issue they have. So, he sought counsel from the other man who is more elderly than him on how to go about it, the elderly man responded ;
After my wife and I got the number of children we desired, I took a bold step of faith and made a pronouncement to God that I don't want any other child forthwith, that God should put a cease to it. He said it's eleven years and still counting since he took the faith based step and not a single case of pregnancy.
The elderly man thus advice the other man to follow suit but he vehemently disagree and jettison his faith based approach that such doesn't Work on Child family planning.
What's your take on this ?

Oh yea,exactly why I love the company of the elders,an elderly woman once gave me such advice, that right on the hospital bed of my last child,that I should take bold step to make such pronouncement with faith,that it worked for her. Planning pills fails sometimes.
