What you just stated above is also applicable to Zenith bank that you are accumulating, cos I will enter at below 18 after you are done accumulating at N20. grin

I can tell you for free, Zenith you have all your hope on will find it hard to break N20, but faster and easier to reach N17.00, advert or not a stock that will go up will go up...

See wickedness, you praising MTN to cross above N200 but want zenith below N18

chibuking post with fact and figure but i see stcool catching fun with his post not really here for fact

If the only problem is excessive split of their shares and our regulators approved and listed...up till now SEC & NSE says they did no wrong. We have NO case against MTN. grin

I am more concerned about adding more CHAMS until above N1.00 and OLAMS deal announcement than MTNN. MTNN has the least share in my portfolio

For now am buying stocks for keep for minimum of 10 months, most especially the stocks that will give me 100% return by March/ April next year. Even if they go down they will still move up, with God on my side I strong believed that 100% capital appreciation is for sure, with dividend on top. It might not be the stock you are thinking for now, I have chosen not to disclose any stock I am in. But will always add them when recommending good stock to buy. JIJO strategy does not help at all, it only makes one miss opportunities.

Those fundamentally sound stocks hardly do 100%, yes good dividend but not 100%price appreciation, unless over a longer period of time not 10 months.

When I be like my Oga Loco, i will go for more of dividend stocks, for now I need more of those penny with potentials like Fidelity and CHAMS, that can do 100% appreciation and still give me dividend.

See my oga, for united securities...

1. tell your stockroker to send you a copy of their cscs shares transfer form which you will print out and sign (same as your regular bank account signature) a single place in the transferee's signature column ONLY.

2. You will then scan (use good scanner) and send back to your stockbroker the same cscs shares transfer form you have signed at the transferee's signature column only.
But my stockbroker will not accept Scan copy, they ask me to send through EMS or bring it personally to their office.
3. Your stockbroker will print the sent form you sent to them and fill the remaining many spaces in the cscs share transfer form for you, then the stockbroker will send the completely filled form on your behalf to cscs.

4. The cscs will acknowledge a copy of the received share transfer form from your stockbroker. CSCS will forward the share transfer form to united securities registrar....this process usually takes minimum of 2weeks.
I will advise you to ask your broker to send you the copy of the acknowledgement receipt from cscs.

5. Two weeks after cscs has received the share transfer form from your broker, you will then call united securities registrar if they have gotten your share transfer form specimen signature from cscs.

6. If they have gotten it and if they have gotten your bank account details from the e-dividend mandate form that was confirmed by your bank.....then united securities registrar will credit your account.

7. Subsequently, if you buy any other shares they have, you will not go through this processes again.....rather you will only notify them that you have this share with them if they confirm it, your e-dividend will be paid to you.

These are the steps the united securities staff told me to follow, which i have done.

The united securities registrar will not receive the share transfer form from you, rather only from cscs.

I scanned and sent the share transfer form back to my registrar because am not in Lagos. If your in Lagos, you can go to your stockbroker and sign the share transfer form in their office and tell them to send it to cscs for onward transmission to united securities for your e-dividend to be paid to your account number you filled in their e-dividend mandate form, which your bank has confirmed.

As for me, its remaining 7days to make it 14days my broker sent my transfer form to cscs for onward transmission to united securities. Thereafter, i will call them if they have received my specimen signature share transfer form from cscs.
If they have not receive it, i will call cscs to know why the delay after waiting for 2 weeks.

I do hope this information will help all of us in this problem....

A beg my hand de pain me for typing .....am not good in typing long sentences .....just to help all of us

Lol....you have seen the light. JiJo may actually pay off once or twice but is not a sustainable strategy. Along the line you can Ji but find it impossible to Jo.

It depends on the fundamentally sound stocks you are talking about.... Maybe u're thinking about FUGAZ... those are Large capitalized stocks that hardly do 100% even when their fundamentals are right although good dividend yield.

I think chibuking is thinking in another direction... Maybe a different sector entirely.

Those saying JIJO is not a strategy are just amusing me. In an irrational market which could last longer than your liquidity, JIJO is the best strategy. I will not go into details.

I don’t think he’s referring to buying of these stocks.
JIJO means jump in jump out oo.. which you can do in any stocks on nse whether fundamentally sound or not..

100% they do..

Yes of course!

I have always had eDiv in place for AIICO, RedStarex etc with USL for more than 10yrs but till date they want me to come to Nigeria and fill out some form before they pay my Diamond bank consideration.

I also had 10yr+ eDiv setup with Centurion (diamond) before the merger!

What is the complication in paying under this scenario?

Ndi oshi, ndi oshi!

Unless there’s another meaning to JIJO but if it’s the one I know, it simply means buying a stock without analyzing the stock well or selling a stock without enough reason why you should

If you must make it in NSE or maximise returns, you must JIJO the only thing is the right time to JO.

NSE is not for keeping any stock long time...you must continue to evaluate. Take profit and move to the next or re enter at a lower price.

The payment of the fine by MTNN will not affect the profit or loss statement of the coy going forward. The book must have suffered this charge in 2015 or 2016. In fact they made a loss in 2015. Restated EPS of 2018 will be N7.12 as against N358. I am projecting an EPS of N10 for 2019 full year. In current price's words, MTNN fair price is N100

10 years shocked
it’s a pity they don’t even fear sec anymore..
I’m just thinking if we can come together and get a strong lawyer to put fire in the A* of any stuborn registrar we have dividend with.. for those of us not in the country or too busy to go to their office..
the money is ours and we have the right to sue both registrar and company
