your options are either to print out a copy of the lost ID card, get a police report, swear an affidavit, apply for a new ID, and bring all the documents pertaining to the above steps to the exam center, as well as an alternative ID card, if any; OR you can call the NNPC inquiry number on the invitation letter and ask them; OR you do it the "other way" (unless its international passport). I wish you well.

The test will not start in time, they will be running Helter skelter, at the end it all, most venues will start in the afternoon, pple will be dragging to enter the venue and do the CBT.

Nobody will even send whether your print out is black or blue.

If you can get Ikorodu bus straight from where you are , board it and alight at agric bus stop... And ask people around how to get there.

If you can't get a direct Ikorodu bus, take ketu, alight at ketu and take Ikorodu
