Hello my people
Please what reason can I use to invite my brother and his family of 4 to Canada to visit me, I'm in my 2nd year?
Please respond if you know good reason for invitation and what could I use as social ties for him?

Thank you

Even if you have the privilege to invite close family members, going as far to invite multitude isn't a very wise idea. As a student, you don't have that financial sufficiency to cater for their stay and other necessities. If this application is filed, its likely not going to scale through, just save time and money.

Good luck!

Hello house,my application got rejected last week and I want to reapply against September without ordering for gcms. Will re applying too soon reduce the chances of getting the visa. Reason for rejection purpose of visit. I have started writing a new SOP.
Please answers.
You have roughly 61days before your college/university ask you to confirm attendance for the upcoming session. You can submit but make contingencies for Winter (January).

It's risky reapplying without a gcms note to guide you. However purpose of visit is usually on the following factors;
1. Poor and Vague sop
2. Program not correlating with work experience and previous academic program.
3. Enrolling for a program lower than your last credentials.

All the best....

Hi everyone

My application is 8 weeks old and my resumption date was May. I received BMC mail 4 weeks ago without doing upfront medical and up till this moment no msg from CIC. I just got a new admission letter from my intended school for Winter 2020.

Is it appropriate to send the new admission letter to CIC? If yes, how would I go about sending it?

Or Should I wait till after the 9th week and order for GCMS to understand the delay?

Scholars in the house, please kindly help with my plight

Hey mate , there is nothing wrong with inviting your brother and his family for a visit. You are not the one sponsoring them financially so I dont see why people are saying you gotta be done school.

I know friends who have invited their siblings for a visit , its no biggie provided the person youre inviting is self sufficient.

My advice is they package it as visit + tourism , you write them a letter saying youre inviting them to visit you . And they also write a letter of intent saying theyll be visiting you and also visiting tourist attractions and name a few.

I disagree with this. If he's not claiming to be sponsoring them financially , his financial sufficiency is not a factor.

What will determine the success or failure of the app is the situation of his sibling. if the sibling has good travel history , well paying job and a good SOA they should have no issues.

He has lands and a good job, they just want to visit for 2wks only. He is not japaring because he can't abandon his work, and he is sponsoring the whole family all expenses by him.

He should apply for a tourist or visiting visa

Good afternoon everyone. Just want to find out if IRCC Officers complain about lump sum withdrawal. I know they are usually concerned about lump sum deposits , but hope it’s not the same for withdrawals also? Thanks

If the lump sum was withdrawn before the bank statement was printed, you likely going to have similar problem of a lump sum deposit. The questions would be asked from a different perspective

I answered based on the first information he provided, not the second. Please before you disagree try to understand the perspective of how the question was answered.

Nobody said he can't invite family members while studying. He was given advised based on the way the question was asked. He only got to be precised in a follow up explanation to the asked question.

Am not trying to explain myself, but let's me guided

I advise you send your new admission letter asap via mail or via webform..

Do not wait till the 9th week to send or order for your gcms note.. it's advisable u apply for the notes now (today) cos u ain't also sure dy will update your application even on the 9th week...

Hi
You are only required to pay tuition if the school ask you to do so. But before you do, get yourself acquainted with their refund policy in case of visa refusal so as to avoid story that touches

For the questionnaire form, I don’t have it.

If you want to know how it looks like, open CIC then create an account, then apply for study which will give you 60days to complete your application before it automatically deletes from your page without submitting it. During that process you will see the questionnaire.

Now biometric validity is now 10years, if you did one in the last 12months or alittle above 12months ago, then you don’t need to do it again.

Bro good day! Please when can I do medical exams will they require it themselves abi na me will do akdbsend to them?

Actually I web mailed them on the 17th , telling them that I have not see my upfront medical report updated in my CIC account, and that reply message showed up this morning.

Check the Express entry thread and see if you qualify. Maybe you shouldn't be here.

You can choose to do an upfront medical test if you so wish. You can also choose to wait until you get a request from CIC and this will only happen if you pass the eligibility stage.

It comes it two ways; upfront and request.

If you are doing paper route then you can do upfront but if it is is online, you either wait for them to request of you to do it or you go for an upfront medicals immediately you submit your application.

With the way things goes, if it’s online route and you are requested of medical exams, then it means there is a probability of a potential approval.

For those who may not be in the country when they may be requested for medical exams and it online application, they may do upfront medicals and later attach it with there application but that doesn’t guarantee an approval.

I think medicals expire after 6 to 12months be if positive or negative result of the application.

Above all, whichever way you want the medicals, a good well packaged application from the start is the key to a successful application.

So sorry for the lengthy explanation, I could sense you wanted something like this since you asked about 3 pple.

It will surely come out good!

Good afternoon everyone,

I am very new on this platform and i hope i am doing this correctly. I need help as regards my application. I have my acceptance letter from the University i applied to in Canada but i do not have enough funds personally to apply for the study permit. (Masters in Public administration and i currently work as an administrative assistant in a consulting firm)

Though i have a family friend who is willing to help but i do not know how best to state as his relationship when he is writing the sponsorship letter. Also another challenge is that he is having about 8m in his account and the cost for my school, living and flight expenses is about 12m for 2 years.
1)do i look for additional account to use as a co-sponsor?

2)would he need to provide his CAC document since he is using his personal account and not the business account.

Though for my tution i do not need to pay upfront as i pay per semester depending on the number of courses i register for.
3)Do i have to provide my own statement of account too as i do not have a sitting balance in it.
4)Or are there other means i can use to proof i have sufficient funds for my trip? Please kindly help me on it.

What i have at the moment is an introductory letter from my employer and a religious organisation where i volunteer from time to time, leave application letter, also also provided a deed of agreement for a landed property that i have.

Kindly help as i would really love to be guided before i put in the application. Hope to get all set before mid april incase i need additional account, otherwise i can do it in the space of 1 week.

Thank you so much guys as i await your sincere feedback.
Hi, please which school accepted for MPA? Thank you
