From the defendant's statement, it's a clear case of NO RAPE.
Perhaps, you should see this line... "The sexual intercourse we had was not forced, it was consensual. She nagged after the intercourse that I ejaculated inside her.

This is a case the DPO could have resolved with wisdom getting the truth from the lady.
Yet pacifying her.
The prosecutor didn't even know the basics in rape case hence it was just what was reported by the lady they took to court.
If wasting court time and false claims to mislead the court is enact here just as in senator Adeleke and the acting IGP that the court awarded money to this lady will get the sense she discarded.

Did you read the full story? The guy said the girl only nagged after the sex cos he came inside her...and he even came back with his sister to charge phone in her house that same day. That doesn't sound like a case of rape to me.
