This ban is motivation, not a disaster. I have some clients who have paid and about to pay, but I don't have access to my WhatsApp. These people will think I have defrauded them without knowing I have been locked out.

Put alternative number on your website and other media you use for publicity.
So potential customers won't panicked for not been able to reach you.

I think I'm the cause of the problem. When I started sending promotional messages on the 22nd of May, I told people who were not interested in the promo to "block" our line to avoid getting messages from us, but it seems most people couldn't find the block button, so they used report as an alternative.

About switching line as suggested above, we already have 3 business lines, but this one is our default line.

You have a point. Though, I think the reason most Nigerians sound like savages or sound bitter on the internet is caused my depression.

A depressed person always has a negative comment to make. These comments will always sound witty, but deep down, it's pains and frustrations put together in words.
