Amaju Pinnick should caution himself and work for the progress of Nigerian football

the problem with him..is that he see coaches and backroom appointment as an olive branch to reward loyalist and proteges.
hence the aigbogun and Wilson oruma appointment....

people should be put in positions because they can deliver and not base on sentiment

He should stop toying with our hearts. We don't get paid for being a patriotic fan. Only players and football administrators do

All we ask for as fans is for them to give us good entertainment not this poison, torture and heartbreak being served to us everyday

I would have been so disappointed had it been they won....

I am so happy this evening....
so happy grin
God bless Senegal...at least pinnick and co now have a reason to sack Aigbogun..him and the entire backroom staff...

for Wilson oruma... he can set up a spare part shop for him in Benin @Uwelu...
football is not his calling...

let the team be disbanded for now...after the female world cup..
Thomas will be sacked...then the immediate past female coach can be reinstated and the money used to pay Thomas can be used to hire a foreign coach for the under 20 or they recruit siasia
.

bro...just that pinnick have refused to have sense....because all I wrote there are not difficult for any good football administrator to fathom....

Siasia still the best under 20,23 coach...
or they try a foreign coach...I don't mind as long as it enhances our football development in the long run...

players should not be picked base on sentiment.

thank God I didn't watch the match...I am currently in Benin..the network here is not too strong...and there was no power as at the time the match was played.

I will watch the highlight later just to see the foolishness of the aigbogun who have no shame

Lol main team ? only few of them will make it to under 23

Of course! It's part of the stepping stone.

1. Peter Eletu( this guy na discovery, very good player)
2. Dele Bashiru (obviously the best and most polished player in the team)
3. oforboh
4. Michael
5. Okon ( this guy needs to move to Europe, it will develop his game)
6. Makanjuola

All these players can make the U23 team.

Very true....but they will need far better coaching and must work to improve themselves massively to achieve such a height....overall, dis team is a reflection of a mentally lazy, tactically inept and sentimental coaching!

I agree with you.

I wasn't even opportuned to watch the game and this is because football watching is not allowed where I am presently. grin. And please don't ask me where grin

But I have seen enough of the team from the group stage games.

Good Luck to the Players. Contrary to most peeps views, I expect to see some of them in the SE and U23 teams in not so distant future.

And as for Aigbogun, he is not a good coach and also a poor tactician and should never be given any national team job for the mean time. His team doesn't have the Nigerian flair and flavor.

And to the teaming true Nigerian fans we salute your courage, patience and enthusiasm despite the team not living up to expectations.

As for winning the U20 title we have failed. But as far as players assessment is concerned we have used this team as an opportunity to evaluate the readiness of some players to make the national team. The U23 team is another opportunity for us and we must optimize it.

The home based players will always be the bedrock of our U20teams and so the NFF and NPFL really need to work together for teams to have well drilled youth teams who are also not age cheats. This will ensure we start the screening process with the right set of players.

We move on.

I'm so enjoying the lamentations

They said I was unpatriotic.

I no warn una? grin cheesy

You guys said I cab feel free to report to FIFA.

Thank God I didn't bother eating MB or time to watch some over aged village champions play

At 27-28 when some World class players have reached their prime, some old men from Nigeria were struggling with their sons in a youth tournament.

Hahahahaha

Next time when I'm pessimistic, some of you optimists/idealists will see sense in it

okon and eletu can't make the u23
1} They are already old
2) the u23 midfield is packed with talents
3) there is really no time
