Did you know that it is not enought to just get an extended mileage oil, you also need an extended mileage filter?

Rad Auto Works/Carquest carries high mileage filters for most vehicles like the one below that costs N3,365 and fits Pontiac Vibes, Suzuki Vitaras and Toyota Corollas and Toyota Camrys amongst other cars. These filters underwent rigorous testing on taxi cab fleets and go 10,000 miles.

Ford Aspires/Festivas, Honda Accords/Civics, Hyundai Accents/Elantras/Genesis/Santa Fe, Kia Forte/Rio/Spectra/Sorento, Mazda B/323/626, Mitsubishi Diamante/Galant/Lancer, etc. N3,781 http://weblink.carquest.com/acl/?mfgName=CFI&partNumber=85334
The only problem I have with you is this non stocking of products. If I ask for the Mercedes Benz high mileage oil filter na two weeks into the future im go reach

My brother all these malicious lies and bitterness was because I said one can't make 60-70 something thousand like he did and paid toll of #3100 and still save 20k after his weekly remittance of 35k.

He's yet to prove to everybody how that was possible, the next he posted and was lying how he have been doing offline simply because his lies were bursted.

Not a driver on the platform, was a partner at some point but on the fence now. Every hustler knows that no hustle lasts forever and one sincerely wish all hardworking drivers out there well.

Uber/bolt&nut grin drivers in Nigeria have a not so good condition of service relative to other countries, but then it is what it is. Attempt to make them change will always be thwarted by pigs, scums, !mbeciles and enemies of progress.

The slave mentality wannabe with multiple monikers
primary 3 level English and his minions should take note. We no be mate.

Oga,

You are very correct but it’s not the fault of the driver. If ‘some’ riders can change their mentality, then everything will be good.

I once had a conversation with a driver sometimes last year in Nigeria and he made me understand that he wasn’t out of job but feels he could get some extra cash when he’s free.

But do you know that some pple believe that it’s unemployment that turns some pple driving Uber so? They try to ride on the drivers dignity. I read just now where someone said a rider asked him to get condom for them. Can you just imagine that?

You tell a family man to get you condom?
I read somethings on this thread and I laugh because Nigerians don’t want the next person to succeed. All this things do happen but it’s very very rare in the developed countries.

When investors come into the country, they use the loopholes to their own advantage.

Nothing can be done to the slavery aspect but I will advice the drivers to always stand tall when they meet rude riders and if drivers don’t sell themselves cheap to riders with time they will come to their senses.

I strongly believe there is money in transportation business. Forget the insults, don’t back down or stain your dignity as a man, get what you want, be an employer of labour and you will be fine.

I am not ready to come low to your level otherwise I would have engaged you and insist you prove your allegations but you are simply no better than a pig.

From I didn't pay my partner for five months, frustrated, planning to get a loan and what have you. Maybe next one would be that I stole the car I use.

Without doubt, there's a lot of money in transportation. We have a haulage side biz, with an established customer base, and the ROI is just fantastic.

Uber has seen better days, no doubt. The company is posting a lot of loss and what do you do when you your business is making loss? You bring in more sales and reduce cost where possible and that's what Uber is doing.

Here, more sales means more riders while the drives/patners bear the consequences of cost reduction; it's not personal nor intentional, it's just business.

Someone said here before that he can't do Uber with any vehicle less than 2012 and you can see the wisdom in that. It means defining your niche/target customers and they will always come back via offline trips.

After all, it's those 500naira riders that insults the driver's most. There are a lot of people that ride Uber and does so with class, target them, build your offline riders base with time and the rest will be history.

This thread is gradually being turned into something else by grandpa dru23 and his cohorts. Why so much hate for Gazzuz? why don't you just accept that you are not and can't be in a competition with Gazzuzz. That guy is a brand.

I think they are both fast becoming brands. But what dru needs is to concentrate on his business rather than waste that energy on picking on gazzuzz. Dru's got the contacts to bring good quality car products to Nigeria just like gazzuzz but at affordable price. I bought mobil1 on Tuesday for 19k. Gazzuzz was willing to sell for 18k. Only for me to come on naira land today, and dru is offering it for 17k. In this price war, I think dru wins. Another thing to strategize into your business is making the products available, in other words, how do you get the product to the consumer? I probably would have patronised gazzuzz but he was far off, but for 17k, I would have patronized dru only he advertised late. Pricing in business will either make or mar your success, however, more importantly, getting the product to the consumer is KEY. I wish both of you the best.

Conclusion:
Get your pricing right. Then secondly and most importantly, work on your supply chain. Businesses depend on their supply chain to provide them with what they need to survive and thrive.

Keep in mind that drivers need to set themselves apart. Look presentable, have a clean car and small good .. From experience have come across dirty cars, smelly and unkempt drivers. The way you present yourself is how people will take you.

Okay, let me correct some misconceptions. We are NOT expensive. Brake changes are as low as 15k with 1 year brakes. We do not fix ANYTHING without giving you a price and getting your permission.

Step 1
Bring car for free diagnosis (if repair is done, if not skip to step 6)

Step 2
get detailed repair estimate

STEP 3
SIGN AND ACCEPT (STEP 4), BRING YOUR OWN PARTS AND ACCEPT OR DON'T SIGN AND REJECT ESTIMATE (SKIP TO STEP 6)

step 4
Car is repaired

Step 5
Pay and pick up car, have warranty explained (pay N2,500 for diagnosis if repair not done)

Step 6
Leave

Step 7
Enjoy not having to worry

The second picture is a sample of an "expensive" job on a limited 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe that includes, ac compressor, tie rods and oil change.

Note the labor was only 30k for the whole thing. This is how detailed our billing is so you know exactly what we are charging.

This is one hell of a concept. This is a company that knows where its going.

I just changed d transmission oil like 4 months ago, I wanted to change my engine oil by myself, so after watching how to do it on YouTube, I went under d car, instead of loosing d engine oil nut, I loosed d gear oil nut and throw away d oil. It was when I check d engine oil gauge I discovered I’ve bleeped up.
I bought d original Toyota gear oil almost 13k. I called Gazzuzz and he advised me on d oil to buy which I did.

Guy you just cracked me up. So who Youtube video help!?

Well with corolla ,I think they are over hype cars .. The only corolla I kinda like is the se version..
Now back to the main topic here. It is never good to use water in your radiator .. For the simple fact that water boils at a higher speed than coolant . When the engine is running you need coolant to cool it off , mean while water keeps boiling and at times it will cause overheating. When you water instead of coolant. It will coz leakage and rust in your radiator.. Before you know you are replacing radiator.. At times you see people park their car on the street with the hood open.. The car is overheating ,due to the use of water. Nothing to keep the engine cool. And funny thing is that even though coolant might be expensive, you only need it for few years ,some can last up to 5 years in your radiator.. It is not something you use like engine oil .. But Google is your friend, you can read more about coolant. Also if the water is turning browish ,it's either too much rust at the bottom of the radiator, bad water or something else. Have a specialist take a look at it . You might need to replace the radiator.. If it does need replacement, just make sure you look for quality coolant ..
