good one but next time try this new method don't soak the beans overnights just put it in water for some minutes then wash it will not soak water then the akara will come out finer

Blended tomato, tatache, and onions together, then deep fried.. When it was done, I blended my crayfish(optional), turmeric and nutmeg and added.. I allowed it to fry again for like 5 minutes before adding my stock water...

Only add some water to wash if you run low.
