This carrot cake sef

Everything was done upside down.
At the end it turned out this way. The orange juice and zest swallowed the sugar u will wonder if there was sugar at all though I put small. Good for adult, no no for kids so I made banana cake for peace to reign.

Not a fan of cake but I ate this very well.
